Good rooms, good service by the people at the hotel, good Hotel to stay in prayagraj

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Pros - Near to station, clean washroom. Food was also decent. Cons- Cockroaches and insects in the room, couldn't figure out from where they were coming and too much noise from outside at night will disturb sleep. Overall, if you are on a budget, you can stay here or else look for something else.

All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. I booked Fan Downtown from Fab app but there were no sign of Fab Downtown at the mentioned address. I was searching for the address for more than half n hour along with my family and luggage. Instead of Fab Hotel, they gave us the Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for it. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel.

Staff was kind and helpful. While the room and bathroom was clean, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty with multiple stains.

Worst hotel i had ever visited in my life. No cooperation at all, dont know how to manage and attend guests. We visited there in the morning At 8 am they charged extra money by saying that our checkin and checkout time is 12 at mid and will be charged you only for 24 hours then you'll be charged 100 rupees per hour we had taken only 4 more hours and they had forced ud to pay full amount .Then we asked them to either charge as per your commitment or we'll complaint against you. 1)Staff behavior was not suffesticated 2)food we had ordered was not hygienic 3) washrooms are untidy 4) bedsheets are not tidy having strains all over. My opinion is not upto mark Won't recommend anyone to go and stuck there.

All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. Instead of Fab Hotel they gave me Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for the hotel with my old parents, but how could I find it because its name had been changed to citimax, also no customer care executives were picking my Phone .It was raining and cold too. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel. I had a very scary experience with this hotel.
