I recently had the pleasure of staying NEW SHANTI HOTEL, and I must say it was an amazing experience! The hotel's facilities were top-notch, but what truly stood out was the exceptional food and service. Compared to other hotels in Prayagraj, surpassed my expectations in every way. I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, my room wasnt available until around 3 PM,and there was no housekeeping available when I arrived. Then, on the day of checkout, the reception insisted that I check out before 11 AM due to hotel policy,. It was frustrating to deal with these issues during my stay, and I expected much better service considering the price."

Worst experience, won't recommend it to all. No facilities...pathetic service

The hotel is very dirty and not recommended for families and anyone. Very bad experience. Wall, room, washroom was so dirty that it was not even cleaned. Not recommended at all. Cheap hotel with bad quality of facilities

Pros: 1. Situated on a broad main road 2. Rooms with attached bathroom 3. Hot water geyser in bathroom Cons: 1. Rooms are old with old amenities 2. Bedsheets and towels are smelly 3. Cockroaches in room 4. Common area doesn't give good vibes 5. Staircases are steep 6. No dedicated parking 7. Service is of namesake

The rooms shown in the photo were fake . The rooms were not good. Rooms were stinking . There were mice inside the room!

I booked a room and due to some issues had to.cancel the dates Mr aditya from the hotel took the booking and advance..by gpay Ita been 6 days and my refund amount is still not been cleared. When repeatedly i am calling ..only whatsapp messges are sent Be careful when booking directly here..

Total worthless. No amenities, location is poor, no water bottles provided, washroom was so small and not so clean. Nothing about this stay was good .

There was a mouse in the room. Inside the wallpaper. No dustbin. Only 1 towel was given.

Hotel staff behaviour very bad mr. Tripathi . The hotel staff does not have manners to talk. I went to the hotel to book a room and met Mr Tripathi at the reception who behaved rudely with us.
