Had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy, the staff was warm and attentive, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Great location and perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

I was stayed at Hotel Haidri Inn in Prayagraj with great experience. The hotel is under budget friendly and fully hygienic the good part is located near the Railway Station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Khusro Bagh and Triveni Sangam. Rooms were neat and clean, food is also very delicious. The staff were also helpful and attentive. I particularly appreciated the breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options. Lift and safest parking are also available. Overall, This hotel provided best hospitality and their services, I recommend to everyone to visiting this property if you will be come to prayagraj.

All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. I booked Fan Downtown from Fab app but there were no sign of Fab Downtown at the mentioned address. I was searching for the address for more than half n hour along with my family and luggage. Instead of Fab Hotel, they gave us the Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for it. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel.

We showed up at midnight after booking this place online called FAB TRIVENI , WHAT A DUMP!! Trusting the photos and the online exicutive promises. What a nightmare! Bedsheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes and disgusting stains that looked like seman something no guests should ever find . The washroom bucket was melted, the mirror frame was broken, and most furniture was falling apart. The room reeked, was damp, and wallpaper was peeling off everywhere. Taps looked like they hadn’t been touched in years. It was filthy and clearly never cleaned, to be clear they probably swapped the bedsheets without washing them in years . Total scam and a huge waste of time. Stay far, far away from this dump!

Worst hotel i had ever visited in my life. No cooperation at all, dont know how to manage and attend guests. We visited there in the morning At 8 am they charged extra money by saying that our checkin and checkout time is 12 at mid and will be charged you only for 24 hours then you'll be charged 100 rupees per hour we had taken only 4 more hours and they had forced ud to pay full amount .Then we asked them to either charge as per your commitment or we'll complaint against you. 1)Staff behavior was not suffesticated 2)food we had ordered was not hygienic 3) washrooms are untidy 4) bedsheets are not tidy having strains all over. My opinion is not upto mark Won't recommend anyone to go and stuck there.

There is no facility of any kind in this hotel. Neither water nor bathing material and that's it.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The experience was a total waste of money. The pictures shown on the Fab website are completely misleading — what you see online is far from what you get in reality. The hotel staff are unhelpful, arrogant, and lack basic courtesy. Once you make the payment, their attitude changes drastically and they stop treating guests with respect. Don’t expect any support from either the hotel staff or Fab’s customer service — both are equally unresponsive. Many previous reviews also reflect similar experiences, so please read them before booking. I feel cheated and disappointed, and I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake.
