Staff very helpful. Room and beds was very comfortable . Breakfast was very good.

We stayed for 2 days, the toilet was not cleaned properly while allocating the room the floor matt was dirty as well. The staff can be more cordial and we have been asked to pay the complete amount before occupying the room.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

The place, its cleanliness and there supportive staff was excellent.This hotel is completely value for money. Silence and thee behavior was also a great quality of them.

Not Recommended – Misleading and Unsafe I would not recommend this hotel to families. They gave rooms for questionable activities and showed no concern for the safety of family guests. When I raised the issue, the reception staff openly told me that it doesn’t matter whether guests are families or couples — their only priority is money. This is completely different from what I was told over the phone by the FBB hotel representative, who assured me it was a “family-friendly” place and did not allow couples. In reality, they operate like an OYO property and openly allow couples. I had paid a token amount, but they refused to return it after I chose not to stay. My advice: Do not book through FBB Hotels — they are dishonest and will not help you if you face problems.

It was the worst ever experience for booking hotels I book the hotel through Fab hotels. They confirm the booking a day prior. When we arrived at the hotel they denied us to let us in. They said that our booking for cancelled and no room was available. We have to go on hunting from one hotel to another to get a place to stay. Even after our booking was cancelled we kept getting calls from Fab hotel that how is our stay at Yashraj inn. Fab hotel has not get refunded my booking amount and they keep disconnecting my call at the customer care centre. Please abort Fab hotels website completely it's a fraud. And Yashraj inn is the worst stay one can get. Fe of my friends had to stay in the Yashraj inn and the hotel accommodation is far was than any public waiting area room.

Terrible Experience – Completely Misleading and Poor Service I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The hotel listed the room as 1900 sq. ft. on their website, but the actual room was barely 192 sq. ft. – a massive and deliberate misrepresentation. Here’s what went wrong during my stay: Bedsheets were stained and dirty Room was stinking No room service Stains all over the washroom No hot water in the washroom Dirty water came from the tap Shower was not working No complimentary water bottle or toiletries like soap provided To make things worse, when I complained to the staff, they simply said, "We can’t do anything." I had booked the room through Flipkart, and they were no help either. They initially told me I could cancel the remaining days of my stay, but when they contacted the hotel, the staff refused to cooperate. I had also booked with breakfast included, but the hotel claimed breakfast was not available. This hotel is completely unprofessional, unhygienic, and dishonest. I feel cheated and scammed. Avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of money and zero customer support from both the hotel and Flipkart.
