I stayed at Falcon Executive Hotel, Baner for 3 days, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the time I checked in, I felt safe and well taken care of. The hotel is located in Baner, which is a convenient and peaceful area, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. The hotel maintains a good level of security, which added to the comfort of my stay. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone behaved professionally and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and properly maintained. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient throughout my stay. Fresh towels, clean bedding, and timely cleaning made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The food at the hotel was really good, and I loved it. The meals were tasty, fresh, and well-prepared, and the quality was consistent throughout my stay. It was definitely one of the highlights of my experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, allowing me to relax after a long day. The management clearly focuses on guest satisfaction, safety, and service quality, which reflects in their daily operations. My 3-day stay at Falcon Executive Hotel in Baner was smooth, safe, and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good food, polite staff, reliable room service, and a secure environment. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days and I had to ask for the room service cleaning. The staff did the cleaning only two days out of my entire stay and that too when I asked them to do. They refused saying that it was done yesterday only. There were cockroaches in the room which was an irritating experience

Spider, cockroach in the washroom. Towels werent changed throughout the whole week. Dirty bedsheets. Staff didnt provide breakfast even though I booked a room with that option

No electricity for whole night. And there is no hot water facility as we as they don't have breakfast available from morning 6.30 to 11. AM

The room was pathetic. We booked hotel imperio and we were shifted to hotel gargi without our explicit consent. This is the scam what I am observing in most pune hotels. They take the booking of one hotel and move the travellers to lower grade hotel of their choice. Literally I did not slept whole night because the room they offered me was having noise from road whole.night.

Worst kind of experience, I can ever have I checked in on 12pm and checked out at 2 pm. Manager have no fear of fab hotels and customer service threatening.And fake photos and fake rooms and even don't have locks on rooms. fake hotels.

Room was not good as showing in picture and not even clean rooms and its very old property rooms was very old and nothing was right in rooms and hotel, lift was not working, stares was unclean and a lot of dust was there, I supposed to stay in pune for 9 days but I changed my hotel just after 2 days because I already paid money for 2 days online so did not had any options left other then stay, so I must suggest dont go with this property, many good properties nearby but it was my luck I booked this property for stay online

Pathetic rooms & unprofessional staff Ok, where do I start from. We had to choose this cheaper hotel as there were no other hotels available in the locality due to events and sports in Balewadi. But it turned out to be the one of the worst stays. Rooms: Rooms are too much dirty with coakroaches, dust and dirt all over. No one has cleaned it for weeks. There is kitchen in the hotel, although it is mentioned in the ad. Service: They bring you only poha and tea that too in aluminium foil and tea plastic panni (bag). No cups, no dishes, not even water bottle. They charge even for the 1st water bottle. No phone in room, not even TV. Staff: The so called manager or acting manager was so rude and offensive guy. During payment, he demanded extra amount than it was already decided.When I asked why he says - "Dont act as if you dont know why" How in the world would I know if not informed. Then he revealed 3% extra for card payment!! Who charge extra on card payment, I thought as if I travelled back in 2014. He was talking so rudely and in an insulting tone. When I said him to tone down and talk properly, are this is service industry and client is important. He said - "you paid na, enough, now go go". Note: all our conversation was in Marathi.
