Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Room was spacious. AC was working. Water heater was working. TV was not working. But there was no proper maintenance. Room was not cleaned well. Service was worst. Lodge is located in a corner and reaching it from the main road is difficult. Complementary breakfast was not provided though it was mentioned while booking. When called the reception, no one attended the call too. Pathetic service.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in my life. No clean room, No Clean bed spreads, no clean pillows, no television, no internet. The room was completely run down. Cockroaches and bugs all over. Even the ceiling fan did not work… Only heater and Aircon was working. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude… I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst, No service, no proper staff, we have booked 2 rooms for 4 persons and still they denied 1 guest and made him wait at ground floor, who just came to meet and take us to other destination. Don't have prapor approach, nothing available in the vicinity, And V.imp don't take u r family here.

I have booked white house hotel in Pune through Fabhotels but whenn I checked in bugs on bed, toilet everywhere. Other rooms are also same smelly. I got out of room and told to the staff I will not stay here refund amount. They said ok will get it. In have sent mail same day to Fabhotel but till date they don't paid single Pai. Bad experience please dont book this hotel. Blacklist Fabhotel. Customer Care staff behavior was also not good.

Horrible Experience: Do not stay at this price. I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that it was pathetically managed. The bed sheets and quilts were unhygienic, showing signs of not being washed for a long time. Adding to the discomfort, there was no lock on the bathroom door, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. The room lacked a TV, which is a basic amenity one would expect at the prices we paid. It was also infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. The room was filthy, with cigarette butts and used condoms scattered around. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and suggests a total disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. Overall, my experience at this hotel was horrible, and I would strongly advise against staying here. For the price we paid, we expected a basic level of cleanliness and amenities, which were not met at all. This hotel needs serious improvement in its management and upkeep.

Overall worst experience of my Life to stay at an hotel. Thank You Fab Hotels for delivering me such an experience. There was no TV inside room No Wifi No dustbin Landline not working Awful smelling bathrooms Used condoms thrown all over No facility to call the room service The bedsheets was full of hairs I asked for spoons which they denied. What more i can say. I'm getting a vomitting feeling when i'm writing this review. You can imagine how pathetic it was. I'm going to Sue Fab Hotels for sure. Just wait and watch..

Only the name is White House. The linen is nowhere near white. The best part is the guy incharge of cleaning the room has the audacity to tell me that I should adjust. My good lord. I made a mistake by not checking the reviews before booking. Absolute rubbish service.

No new linen, rooms are not sweeped at all Even dustbin is filled . Not cleaned with previous check out . It was filled with alcohol bottles. 5 to 6used soaps are also there in bathroom Not even provided complimentary break fast their answers also lethargic . Even if we order for a water bottle it took 45 min to deliver
