    "Will be sharing review on Google too..it's really sad that I had to pay one day extra on this booking as I had to leave early after one day due to yellow alert in haridwar.this was a genuine problem ,I cancelled and rebooked all my travelling reservation.I will raise this as a complain to the required authority because I was charged an extra day and no one helped me instantly,also when I called on support team they told be a senior will call but no one called at all ,so it like making money that's all Fab hotel is all about"

    "Despite our confirmed booking for 28 to 29 and 29 to 30 he denied to give us room before 12 afternoon on 29...and asked 100% payment on check-in. Whereas we already paid 30% advance at the time of booking and remaining 70% was to be paid at the time of checkout. Secondly emergency contact no of fab has 3rd class connection....no body picks the call even after 30 mins wait...and for that too i had to vall 10 times....so what is the utility of emergency contact no if no body picks our call. One another no was also mot replied by which executive booked my room. He contacted us 3-4 times before booking but after booking he didn't. pick even our call...i called him 15 times."
