Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Hotel Name: FabHotel Melody NX, Thane Stay Date: 2728 Worst hotel experience ever. Even after having a confirmed booking from 27 to 28, the hotel management did not allow us to stay overnight. They clearly said that if the guest goes outside even once, it will be treated as checkout immediately, which is completely unacceptable and against standard hotel rules. I contacted MakeMyTrip support, and even after coordination with the hotel management, they refused to cooperate. This kind of behavior feels like harassment and cheating. Do NOT book this hotel if you value your money and peace of mind.

1. Customer service said to make advance and remaining shall be paid upon vacating. However receptionist demanded to pay in full for the stay duration. Disappointment. 2. For a single person stay, a room with 2 seperate beds is assigned. Disappointment. 3. Receptionist on 26th June assured to give bill on 27th morning. When asked for bill on 28th evening, for the amount paid in full for 3 days stay, another receptionist says shall give the bill upon check out only. Disappointment 4. I ordered for 1 idli, 1 vada, 1 masal dosa combo and get 2 idlies 2 vadas combo. Disappointment 5. The same menu change continued for day 2 as well and had to argue tk get it changed and received a cold dosa. Disappointment 6. Room cleaning is not done till you come back in the evening. Food plates have created foul smell in the room. Beds not tidied up. Disappointment 7. Finally the bill. 13004 was paid by me and they give me a bill of 12118. Difference is not paid back and no clarity for the same. Looters? I was forced to stay here as they took 13k from me. Will never recomend this place to anyone.

Had to switch rooms due to issues with the first room, second room was under the kitchen; and that caused knocking noise well into the night, to top it all off, i wanted to extend our stay, booked the hotel on this website; paid for it got the conformation. Went to the reception to confirm the resv, they said the hotel is sold out, and they informed FAB hotels, and got a conformation from fab hotels that they got the notification its sold out. YET on their own website, they kept that listen for HOURS! They took our money for a sold out hotels, when I called customer service to get a resolution, I GOT HUNG UP ON, because they said go find other hotel, BTW they will be refunded in 5-7 business days. I would give it a 0/5 but there is no such option. Taking money for a sold out hotel nearly equates to fraud.

1-Room equiped with 2 seperate bads 2-guest who booked thru aggregator are considered as low grade guest, before of check in full payment demand 3-early time informed for breakfast inspite of breakfast not served on time and during check in not informed about venue of breakfast. At time of checkout they told breakfast will serve in room by that time i was getting late to reach some where so couldn't wait for and left without breakfast 4-final invoice came with lots of error and after 3 correction this was provided. So in the nutshell febhotel services is pathetic as they do not have good properties in their wallet
