This is worst hotel if you trying to stay.if you visiting tirupati, i booked 2 days advance with oyo application as i had to visit temple with family, i went early asking early check in they disagreed for early checkin. asked pay 1500 for early checkin.
below are my points faced during my visit.
1. when i went at checkin time they totally disgreed to give me room which i booked for 6 people he telling i can provide me one room instead of 2 rooms and in 1 room you can stay 4 people and hr cant help others he told.
2. when i literally after arguing withfor 30 mits he accepted give 2 room without a/c, i asked him again then i paid 2 a/c room for 6 people he is telling so sir he cant.
3. the hotel owner is not even receiving the call. in such situation and this manager is saying its his rules here not the oyo people. he is telling you oaid money to oyo so he ask room service with them our hotel can provide you the room.
4. after sometime he started saying he cant provide me one room also you can cancell and stay outside of my hotel.
5. when i raised voice and told i will go to police station for my incident he came with solution of 2 room just for 4 people and he is telling other 2 person you need to pay 400 each.
6. i couldnt arguee more bcz i came with family and stayed with the situation.
7. the hotel condition was worst they dint even cleaned properly there was beer bottles still left in room inside cupboard and no wife password he provide.
8. toilet condition was stinking and bedsheet was with stinks when i asked him they saids in paint not stinks.
please for god sake dont ever book the hotel. i faced such mess situations when i came with my family i don't want you to face same situation just like me.

The images shown in booking.com and the relaity was totally different.room was very worst,not clean, horrible experience. they not even changed the bedcover and pillow cover.
