FabHotel Shree Moti Palace
I had a very pleasant stay at FabHotel Shree Moti Palace in Ujjain. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were cozy and the room had proper ventilation which made the stay relaxing. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Their hospitality made the overall experience even better. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. It is quite close to Mahakaleshwar Temple and other important places in Ujjain, which makes it very convenient for devotees and travelers. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall service was very professional. Considering the price and facilities, it offers great value for money. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
FabHotel Raghumani Palace
One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. 1. Rooms were near and clean, well furnished. Everyday proper and all over servicing were done. 2. Location was mind-blowing, just in the front/backyard of Mahakal Temple. Temple gate is hardly 30sec walking distance. 3. Lift was in service so not an issue with elders of your family. 4. The most amazing part was behaviour of Manager Ravi and support provided by him, like an younger brother. In addition to that entire lot of hotel staff were smiling face and super supportive. Was feeling like staying in my own home. 5. Finally the Restaurant, food quality and behaviour of Restaurant staffs. 6. It was a money worthy and pleasant stay.
FabHotel Shree Moti Palace

FabHotel Shree Moti Palace
Room size small. No window. Miser in serving shampoo etc. Water bottles 2 p day that also half litre size. No restaurant in house. Toilet horrible. No seat, one has to squat on it. Cannot see your face in mirror as it is clouded throughout. TV is a mistry. Could not use it. No wifi offered so do not know about it. Location is EXCELLENT. All facility at door step. Local KANHA resturant will serve you clean tasty food. Neighbourehood good. Worst is one cannot connect to hotel directly as its number fab never display. It is all IVRS. You cannot call hotel before arrival. Do not book through fab. Make my trip should not tie with fab. Hotel is not worth its price.
FabHotel Raghumani Palace
Its a single star hotel or else you can also call it as a lodge. Also no branding board of fab hotels on property. Not at all worth the price - 5k per night. No power backup - only light will work no fan or ac during power cut. Only advantage is its location, few steps away from gate no 1 Hotel is in no vehicle zone so you need to carry your stuff for upto 400meters depending on your drop location
FabHotel Soni Palace
This property does NOT qualify as a hotel, guest house, or even an inn. It is merely a room with no hospitality standards. I booked FabHotel Soni Palace in Ujjain only due to early check-in availability, but the experience was extremely disappointing. There is no front desk, no staff presence, and only a caretaker who dismisses all concerns saying “we don’t have this.” Basic amenities like hot water, geyser, kettle, and drinking water were missing. The room and linens were unhygienic, and the washroom was poorly maintained. Despite charging upfront for breakfast, the food offered was substandard and not worth it. Location is the only positive. After the stay, I noticed several similar reviews online, which confirms this is a pattern. Posting this purely as a caution—if it helps even one traveler avoid this place in Ujjain, it’s worth it.Despite claims of “caring about feedback,” it is evident that feedback is neither acknowledged nor acted upon. Also after staying here for 2 nights which was 20th & 21 Fec 25, the hotel strangely cancelled my booking on bookings.com saying that I did not turn up at the property. I was clearly overcharged for the amount as shown on the bookings platform
FabHotel Raghumani Palace
The worst hotel experience ever. The only reason I chose this hotel was due to it's proximity to the Avantika Gate of Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Mandir. The rooms are utter dirty. Even when complained with the same, there wasn't any action taken. The washrooms are interconnected to the adjacent room's. And was able to hear a person vomiting the whole time even if our room's washroom door was closed. Room and washroom stinks. Even the fan has a layer of dust, and there was a stainless steel lunch box, no clue from how long. And shoutout to cockroaches/nymphs, the only attenders in the hotel.
FabHotel Shree Moti Palace
Pathetic experience booking this property online. The property is completely different from what is shown in the images on the internet. Although Booking.com mentions free private parking, no such facility exists. Guests are asked to park their vehicles almost 200 meters away, and that too in a makeshift area that resembles a stable, where cars are parked alongside livestock. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bathroom latch was broken, making it impossible to lock the door properly. However, the staff is humble and polite, and they do serve a really good cup of tea.
FabHotel Soni Palace
Worst experience ever at Hotel Soni Palace. Not a single amenity available as assured. Not at all recommended for stay with family. Under construction building. Rude behaviour of the owner. No working kitchen or attached restaurant. No proper drinking water arrangement. Even all-out is not available. Owner offered us incense sticks to get rid of the mosquitoes. If anything is asked, owner says, “iss price me yehi milega”. FabHotel Somnath Palace was booked by me via booking.com and confirmed by Fabhotel but after 5 hours of booking confirmation, same was “UPGRADED” to Fabexpress Hotel Soni Palace without asking for any consent or consideration.
FabExpress Soni Palace
Terrible experience. I arrived at 12 AM and was given a shabby room without an AC, even though my booking clearly showed otherwise. When I raised the issue, the caretaker called the owner, who casually said, “The fan works like an AC, you won’t feel hot.” The washroom had used soap left behind, which the owner didn’t consider a hygiene issue. To make matters worse, the caretaker refused to let me take pictures, and when I pointed out all these problems, the owner told me to leave if I had “so many issues” — at 1 AM! I have proof of my room booking, and this attitude was completely unacceptable.
