Before booking, everything was mentioned over phone for cleanliness and proper hygiene, but nothing was maintained. neither the washroom or the bedroom. the room was so dirty and the bed was not changed even after saying.plus the toilet was so dirty.

The ac was working in the room but there was no cooling, there was no pipe connection in the toilet, water was coming very slowly, the bed in the room was dirty

Extremely upset with the hotel as the rooms were not even liveable. right from room to bathroom everything was untidy, unclean. they didn't even provide basic amenities like soap, towels etc. our booking was done by fab chain & when we called them to complaint about it they didn't even solved our problem. also actual rooms are way to different from photos uploaded online.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. the rooms were dirty, with stained and unclean linen, and there was no water available in the hotel most of the time. the lack of ventilation made the room feel stuffy, and the washroom was in terrible condition – dirty, smelly, with broken equipment. it was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had. 1. out of 4 rooms, the geyser was not working in 3 rooms. 2. there was no ventilation, and the room and washroom smelled bad. i had to use air freshener. 3. the rooms were dirty, and i even found cigarette butts in the room. 4. when i asked for a glass, the receptionist told me there were no glasses available at the moment and that i could get one the next day. i’ve never seen a hotel that doesn’t have glasses for drinking water. 5. the ac in one room was not working. 6. no towel was provided in the room. 7. only a small bar of soap was given; no other toiletries were provided. 8. not safe for women. my wife was sitting in the room when a staff member entered without knocking and went directly to the washroom to check the geyser. this was unacceptable, and i had to check out. i cannot stay in a hotel where staff enter the room without permission.

Fraud hotel... don't book this hotel based on photos... you will shocked after checking-in... because reality is room was not clean (webs even on door), public toilet is better than this hotel's toilet... very poor rooms... fully negativity in rooms... ac was not working... for 2 people stay only one bath towel was provided. we have booked for 2 nights 2 rooms but after check-in the hotel we checked out in within 30 mins and look for other place without any refund... we still looking for refund. check reality of hotel in some pics shared my me. worst hotel experience of life
