1 AverageThe worst experience ever. wish they provided for negative stars. shabbiest, ugliest, unmaintained rooms possible. total loss of money. the pictures shown online are absolute contrast of reality. falling curtains, no room service, broken sockets, leaking taps, filthy linen, and much more. it was truly a nightmare. i want my money back.Birla Divya, 12 Oct

1 AverageI have booked this hotel after checking the photos online. the rooms are not good as they have shown in the photo. i have given the 20% advance for rooms booking. after checking the rooms and hotel we have decided not to check in the hotel and they have not refunded the advanced amount. they said that they have parking area which was not there. not recommended.Richa Pandey, 26 Aug

1 AverageOverall experience is pathetic..first i had to struggle to get the right room for which i have pre paid full amount…even though i had pre confirmed if rooms are ready because they were checking in late, the room was not ready and my parents got the actual booked room at 3 pm then at property they asked me to pay more than double amount for extra hours stay even when i have discussed extra charges beforehand with timings of checkout. during the stay i have to continuously struggle to get each and everything sorted. and customer support is of no use too you cannot rely on their words..they stops replying..if you think you can pre book pre pay to have a comfortable easy stay then this is not the place.Pooja Dubey, 21 May

3 GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianRadhakrishan Nair, 19 Feb
