1 AverageOne of the worst hotel i have ever visited in my life. ceiling is leaking. reception is on foot path. receptionist as well as manager are road chhap. i had booked a room through book.com and when reached, they were not sure whether there was any booking further shocking was that when they confirmed that they had received the booking they told me that they forgot to upload the status on book.com and actually they had no room for that day. moreover, they were not sorry for all these happenings. if u travel with family and luggage, such type of hotels are not worth to be called hotels not even to be called as dharamshala.Santosh Jha, 22 Feb

1 AverageI have booked hotel as generally fab chain hotel are quite good but this hotel is a scam in name of fab hotelwas pathetic , dirty rooms & toilets ,even bedsheets ,pillow were too dirty ,no towel & the hotel spoke person attitude was not supporting at all , i would not recommend anyone to book this shady hotelGaurav Thapliyal, 24 Dec

1 AverageI had a terrible experience at this hotel in ujjain and would rate it one star. despite paying for five ac rooms for a three-day stay, three of the rooms had non-functional air conditioning units. the staff were completely indifferent to our complaints and did nothing to rectify the situation. additionally, there was no hot water available throughout our stay, making it incredibly uncomfortable. the rooms were infested with mosquitoes, and to top it off, they were not cleaned properly. to add insult to injury, there were no soap or towels provided. this was by far the worst hotel experience i've ever had in ujjain.Bhavesh Pednekar, 16 Apr
