Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!

Worst experience with hotel stay, support staff was pathetic, rude, no help or assistance provided. I had called fab hotel supprt staff for refund of bad food provided and it is committed by staff for refund. Awaiting the refund.

Extremely rude staff. On checkout day they panicked us. Kept ringing bell every half an hour, even though this was discussed when checked in at 10pm. Did not let us stay till 12 which they had agreed earlier. They were asking for 500 for an extra hour. They also were miser and kept switching off the acs geyser etc even when we were present in the room. Each time we had to go down at reception and request them to switch on the electricity. Toilets were horribly dirty and cramped. The owner also was also not at all accomodating and argued in the favour of his staff. They were charging for bottles. We had to wake our kid in midst of sleep in hurry and we had to force checkout within 15 min. That too when outside temperature are running around 45 degree celsius. One of the staff was decent but rest were all too rude or weird. One guy flung opened the door without even knocking when he had to go to another room.. only good thing is the place is next to nanakheda stadium and has few nice restaurant like sagar caire.

Extremely pathetic place. It’s not even a hotel but some kind of lodge. No basic facilities also. Rooms are extremely dirty, worst bathroom.. cockroach crawling. Why Fab Hotels have kept such properties? 0 star property.
