    "Compared to some hotels in the vicinity and the the price offered. I would not score this hotel highly. I hurriedly booked this hotel judging from the somewhat misleading photos on the website. The hotel did not have any rules posted on their walls, hence upon inquiring about checkout times, I was informed it was 24 hours (which meant the check in time would be checkout the check out time). I requested a couple of hours grace during checkout but was informed that for any extension there would be a fee, and that for the first 3 hours would be 20 or 25% of the daily non-discounted room rate.\n\nThe room was clean and the television was in good working order. Breakfast was included in my hotel payment but I did not know about exclusion criteria, it not stated that bottled water was not part of the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast room was noisy with renovations. Inside the breakfast room, there was one old fan to air the large room. I chose my seat to be very close to the fan.\n\nI left the hotel in rush to meet a see friend and was away for a little over a couple of hours. Upon my return I was informed that my room keys were with the staff cleaning my room. When I got to my room it was cleaned but the door was left open and all my belongings exposed. The staff were busy cleaning other rooms. I checked my purse and found I was missing my Indian currency ( foreign currency was untouched). I spoke with the staff at the reception who said he would make an Inquiry. The staff seemed to be lurking wherever I moved and gave me the feeling that I was being monitored.\n\nI moved my belongings to another hotel but returned the next day to checkout and speak to the manager. The first person I was directed to shook his head and hand when I asked if he spoke English or Hindi but indicated I wait for the manger. When this 2nd manager arrived, I explained the situation to him. He responded by saying that for the so many number of years that the hotel was in operation, such an incident had not taken place. He suggested to check CCTV and asked the gentleman who could 'not speak English' so to show it to me. After switching it on, he realized that the camera(s) for my room was not working. when I asked him about the duration it had been non-functional, he said for the last 2 days and that a request for service had been made. He then asked me why had I not used the hotel safe box. I had no idea there was one and I could not see it written anywhere. He responded by saying it was in the website. He had the same response to my other questions and so I asked him if the fact that the CCTV was not working was also written on the website? you can guess his response. I then asked him that his English was quite good, why did he tell me he couldn't speak it? he just smiled.\nIn the end I was advised to make a complaint with the police which I did even though I knew the money would not be recovered. I cited the reason that the hotel management did not take sufficient measures to ensure the safety of customers and their belongings. They were renting rooms where the CCTV was not working, the staff who probably knew about the CCTV malfunction were allowed to enter the rooms and leave the rooms open (leaving the customers belongings exposed) and supervised. At the end the manager promised to rectify the mistakes (although no apology was made) but it seemed that was because he was more focused in not having me write this review."

    "We were a family of four, and had booked two A/C double rooms for a stay in late July. The location is convenient, as it is very close to the heart of the city and only about 1 km from the railway station and the central bus complex (RTC). But that is pretty much all one could write home about this place. Despite the hotel advertising that they offer wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, excellent rooms etc, none of the above was even close to being worth the INR 2000/room/night rent. Here are some experiences with our stay:\n1. Wi-fi did not work AT ALL for almost 24 hours out of the 48 hours we had booked the rooms for. Beyond that, one had to have an individual login ID and password to connect to the internet which was DEVICE-SPECIFIC, and would expire in 24 hours (forget re-using the same combination). The router coverage isn't very good in some rooms, and the hotel offered to move us from our A/C rooms to non-A/C rooms so we could connect to wi-fi. Cheap tactics.\n2. A/C in one of our rooms did not work for about 6 hours in the afternoon, and if you've been to Vizag in July, you'd know how hot and humid it can get. The ceiling fan wasn't an option since it was so noisy, it could've woken up a 90-something partly deaf person taking a nap in their soundproof room located 5 kms away.\n3. The A/C in the other room leaked water all over the floor, made us wonder if there was a thunderstorm in our room overnight.\n4. Your friendly neighborhood cockroaches kept you company while you took a piss in the middle of the night.\n5. You could get warm water in the bathrooms on the tap but if you're ever in the mood for a warm-water shower, you're sadly out of luck.\n5. Rooms smelled of a powerful odor of cigarette smoke after room service cleaned it, probably gave us cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.\n6. The so-called complimentary breakfast was a fixed menu EVERYDAY designed to limit guests to a maximum stay of 48-hours. Food was bland, cold, overcooked and I don't even want to describe the state of the place where they wash plates and dishes. I wonder why they called it a \restaurant\ when it looked like an average conference hall with plastic chairs and creaky tables.\n7. Complimentary evening fruit = a pair of raw bananas.\n8. Staff could use a little lesson in customer service. We had requested filtered water, however they brought a bottle of mineral water and charged us for it. When we mentioned that it wasn't what we requested, they started arguing and wouldn't leave until we took the bottle of water and signed the bill.\n9. It must've been too much to expect the hotel to even draw up our invoice correctly. Despite having all our contact information, they had our residence city listed as Calcutta instead of Bangalore. Of what use are computers these days anyway?\nWe left Vizag with a tinge of regret that we didn't have a better experience at where we stayed, sadly a horrible memory at an otherwise fantastic trip in a wonderful city."

    "This was the worst ever experience in my entire lifetime. Hotel rooms were not properly cleaned. Staff was very arrogant and not at all supportive. Kitchen services were damn poor. There was no space for parking as well. Billing too was done incorrectly. We were illicitly charged for items we had not even ordered. And when I asked for bills to cross check, they presented bills in which our signatures were not present. Which means, those billings were made without our knowledge. When I said I would pay only for what we have actually consumed and for bills with my signatures, they straightaway said you'll have to make the complete payment else we'll see how you leave. A few more instances I (daughter of Mr. Rajendra Sharma, who too stayed in the hotel) can share: (i) While having dinner, the waiter was not giving us spoons to eat. He counted for items (dal, rice and two vegetables). Each dish had a serving spoon. Then he counted the four of us sitting on the table for dinner. He said serve first, and then use the same spoon to eat. I mean who does this!! (ii) Since we went by road, we had asked for half a bucket of water to clean the glass and windows of our car (which was kept in no- parking as hotel did not have a parking space). The receptionist straightaway said it's not our business to bring water for you. you want to do it, bring it yourself from your room (which was in first floor). In all decent hotels, there is facility of car cleaning. Here, this facility was not available. Plus such behaviour, which was not at all accepted. (iii) It's 1am. Midnight. People in the very next room had put their TV on in a very high volume. I called the receptionist and asked them to request the guests to lower down the volume, as we were trying to sleep. He, on the other hand, asked me that he can't do anything. if you are having a problem with the volume, ask them by yourself. So basically, he was trying to say ki you have an issue, i don't care, solve it yourself. Go to that room at 1am, and YOUR guests to lower the volume! Pathetic! (iv) Apparently the guy who had misbehaved with us in the kitchen, was speaking in terribly loud voice with i don't know whom. When i requested him to lower down his voice a little, he gave me a look, which was definitely not good. Being a girl, I didn't find it convincing. After this, instead of lowering the voice, he started shouting even more. By end of the stay, we had started thinking as if why the hell we planned to stay here. We stayed for two nights only. Entire day, we were outside as we were tourists from far- off place. More than enjoying the place, we were very disappointed because of such pathetic experience. This definitely was our first and last experience with Fabhotels."

    "What was good : The Questionnaire designed and the Pic shown on the website of booking : Please do validate once before you post them online and make Fool of Customers. What was bad : Let me Start and in detail: Hotel Rooms: Booked 2 rooms for 3 days, got 4 rooms for 3 days: Room 201: It was opened after so many years,even hotel cant specify, all damp, smelly , no ventilator in washroom. In 4 hours moved to Room 203 and 205: 205 was all okay, thank God. Room 203: You cant lock the bathroom, so enjoy the village condition. AC stopped working in a Day. moved to room 209. Room 209 : One Switch for all fittings, either you can switch ON all or nothing, FAN only goes at one speed, but thank Good, Ventilator and AC working this time around. Hotel Staff : 1: As for warm water in morning, it will take them hours to get and you can get maximum of 1 glass, until and unless you go and ask them in person for more. 2: Never ever got the complimentary water, but the staff had already signed the register stating he delivered. Call Fab Customer care : Came to know Irrespective of the number of days you book or number of persons in a room, Customer is entitled to get, "A SINGLE BOTTLE OF 1 LITER BOTTLE". Please read their FAB HOTELS terms and conditions. Food and Beverage : 1: Hotel will serve you same Item every day in Breakfast - No Variations at all. 2: Limited BREAKFAST - Is only mentioned once you reach the hotel. 3:Please carry your own plates and fork and all, as You wont like seeing theirs plates, Its all Yellow, broken leaking and people wont even use them in their toiletries.     "I had booked 3 deluxe rooms with complimentary breakfast in this hotel for approximately Rs. 5250 almost 3 months in advance by full pre-payment and it was a MMT Assured booking. I got sms from MMT several times and even the day before check-in that my booking is confirmed. After arriving at Visakhapatnam railway station with luggage and family members, I called to the hotel and could only able to talk to an executive looking after all Fab group of Hotels (not the Kinnera Comforts Manager). He couldn't confirm my booking over phone after wasting nearly 10-12 minutes. Then I decided to reach the hotel by auto and after reaching there I came to know that, they didn't have rooms for us and the hotel is full due to festive season. They told that they got late information from MMT about the booking but I had seen my name and 3 rooms in their register. So, they had prior information but they didn't honour my booking in spite of full pre-payment. I tried to call MMT Helpline few times but couldn't contact at that moment. We were tired, had 3 senior citizen members in our group. After 1 hour they made an alternative arrangement in a Flat of a residential apartment in another area which is 4-5km away from the original hotel. The rooms were clean and AC was working, so we obliged to stay there. But, needless to say...no room service, no restaurant, no complimentary breakfast!"

    "Last time I had a very bitter experience. I had booked a room at a relatively higher rate with free breakfast. But I was initially told by the young man at the reception that I can't have free breakfast since he has not received any communication to that effect.When I showed him the**details of my booking wherein free breakfast was clarly mentioned, he was still adamant and misbehaved rudely and denied me the free breakfast which I truly deserved. I told him that there might be some network problem for which he has not rec'd the communication. But he rudely said- No means No . He further said that you may complain to the hotel authorities. But he does NOT care at all. I was about to leave that hotel immediately. But before that I tried the last thing that I could do to contact the Fab Hotel Customer Care. Then that**receptionist (who I later knew as someone recently appointed- some 2 months back) was certainly directed by Fab Hotel executive to give me the coupon for free breakfast which he finally gave like a defeated soldier. For the above reason, I would urge the authorities NOT to appoint such** to sit in the receptionist chair. A receptionist is to be receptive to what a customer says**Thanks."

    "I made the booking from 0600 Hrs on 29.05.2017 to 1300 Hrs on 31.05.2017 & u cfmd it as 2 nights n 2 days. As our train reached on time, we reached the hotel at 0435 Hrs on 29.05.2017. The man at the reception asked us to wait for sometime as no room was vacant. We were made to wait till 0715 Hrs and then only we were checked in. During this period no coffee or the WS served n we were asked to get it from a roadside tea shop on our own. On 31.05\n2017 at 0700 Hrs reception asked us to vacate the room. When we protested saying we made the booking up to 1200 noon they said ... check in check out is 0600 AM to 0600 AM n for others it is 24 Hrs. Then they asked me to settle the bill and offered a pkg for 8 Hrs stay for which I was asked to pay Rs.,1150/- which I paid\n At the time of checkout when I demanded the bill, they said since it was an online booking. Bill will.be sent to me online\n But till now I have not received the bill. 2 years back when I stayed in this hotel, it was a pleasant stay n recommended this hotel to my friends. Now I changed my views completely about this hotel"

Then I realized, the receptionist was telling lie. At that time I didn't want to stay in non AC room and asked for an AC room. Then they tried to convince me to stay another AC room(401), which was very small room, not a deluxe room. After that manager came and he also said the same thing to us, that no rooms were available. After a long discussion, we got the correct AC deluxe room. We wait in the reception near about 1.5 hours. They all time said lie to us. Room service also not good.     "I was allotted room no 303 after checking in at around 2045 hrs. Room 303 problems : (i) AC not working (ii) TV was there but cable channels weren't, even remote was there but no battery cell in it (iii) Telephone not working, tried to use it form the corridor but that was also not operational. (iv) A single charging point (electricity outlet plug) was not operational near the bed. After informing the problems, they came for sorting those out after 15-25 mins. But the things were out of their hands so I've to change my room to 305 at around 2215 hrs. Room 305 problems: (i) Again there's a TV but no cable channels. (ii) Same electrcity socket problem And then comes the good morning surprises: (iii) No water from the WC faucet. Phir kya... Lota use karna hua. (Pathetic) (iv) I've to take shower early in the morning (for checking out at 0700), and it was chilling/ freezing. NO HOT WATER. I thought "Am I staying in a low budget dormitory or what?" Fab Hotels.... I can clearly predict your future. ?"

Before reaching the hotel I received three calls from the hotel asking for our check in time (which was 3.30 AM) and every time they assured me about the confirmation of my booking of 2 AC rooms. On reaching the hotel at 3.30 AM with my wife, 4yr daughter, and in laws (both senior citizens) they give different reasons for not providing the booked rooms.Reasons were1. Some visitors were suddenly ill so they did not checked out.2. Later they said that they do not have any information about our booking3. Even they told us to go to another hotelI was disgusted and called goibibo...they instructed the hotel manager to arrange a room for us ASAP...the manager arranged a room for us at about 7.30 AM in another hotel for the time being...and finally we checked in in Kinnera at 11.10 AMDon't book this hotel because all the guys at the reception are biggest liar I have ever seen in my life. Now if anyone wants to book the hotel then be mentally prepared for the worse."

    "One of the worst hotels in Vizag. It is a fraud hotel. I checked in thus hotel on December 7th at 11.00 p m. I booked the room at reception. My friend was shopping. I told Receptionist that we are 2 friends and my friend is girl. She was not there that time as she was shopping. Hr didn't say anything and i paid for a day. After finishing her shopping we both came in and receptionist stopped us. He said only married couples. When I was paying the money he did not say anything now he's stopping us. My friend was so scared that we canceled and moved from that fraud hotel. He refused to give refund. It was almost midnight. I'm a non local and came to visit some places in Vizag. These ppl robbed my money. Not only this there are many Vizag hotels which do the same. Before check-in these ppl should have said the policy but they didn't and cheated us. Be careful with these type of hotels. It's just okay hotel nothing special about it. Please refund my money. Thanks for making my trip worst."

    "Horrible, Unprofessional, Big Con !!!\n\nFriends, \n\nWe were not provided any room in Hotel Kinnera Comfort, eventhough we had pre-paid .... I had booked 2 rooms at Hotel Kinnera Comfort one month back, and I called the manager of Hotel Kinnera Comfort on 16th December 2016 morning (Check in date) to confirm my booking. I requested the hotel manager to make sure the rooms are ready as my aged parents would be coming to Vizag alone. Surprisingly when my parents reached Vizag at 10 pm night, first the hotel manager told them that no rooms were available. Once we told that we had made the booking... and charges were all prepaid, the hotel manager gave us some lame excuse that there is some plumbing problem with both the rooms we had booked and no other rooms were available. Obviously they had over-booked. \n\nOn further request, one of the staff Hotel Kinnera Comfort moved my parents to another smaller hotel**** saying both the hotels belong to same owner. .."

    "The stay went well till the check-out. I had nice feeling about the stay until check-out. We ordered on Sweet lassi during our stay and it was so bad. And when it was delivered, we were said that all orders during the stay would be accumulated and would be charged at once. And when we went to check-out, the guy at the counter said some unusual amount. I inquired is it just for one sweet lassi we ordered during our entire stay? Then he said no its for 1 sweet lassi and 1 salt lassi. I then replied that we ordered only just one sweet lassi during our entire stay. He then called up restaurant guy and asked explanation and that guy started to argue that they delivered both sweet lassi and salt lassi. The argument heated up and I had to argue very rudely to win over them. Very bad experience on that. I don't know how many customers were cheated earlier like this. Clean, Value for Money, Spacious, Good transport available outside the hotel."

    "I was initially allotted a room of very small size. The bathroom was very small and dirty too. I spoke to the receptionist. He denied to allot a better room. Next I called goibibo. They acted fast and I was shifted to a better room. But this room has insufficient curtains. The curtains are short in width to guard the glass panels properly. This room (No. 102) was actually under construction. The breakfast is more or less good. We were 3 but the authorities provided 2 breakfast coupons only. Everyday I had to call the reception desk from the restaurant seeking permission for 3 breakfasts. * During check out, the receptionist denied to provide me the bill and said 'as you booked online, you will get the bill online by email'. Even he denied the bill for the restaurant. I got no bill yet. The day I reached, I ordered a chicken dish with chapatis. The dish was too salty to taste. They can properly prepare south Indian dishes only. *"

    "Stayed in this property for 3 nights, 1. Check in was good, 2. They provided wifi password which never connected, repeatedly informed them that wifi was not working, No effort from their end to resolve the issue, 3. 2nd day, Requested for room cleaning, room cleaning was done but the dustbins were not cleaned. 3rd day requested for room cleaning but no one reported. 4. My kid(5yrs) dialed reception and was enquired about internet etc (which we told him to ask). When I called them they informed me that "your kid is using phone please see he does not". 5. The room was not spacious as seen in the images on web, it was very conjusted.( Will be sufficient for a couple only) 6. Lift was working but maintenance is poor. Door was not closed properly on the 4th floor (restaurant, what they call it) 7. It's not a restaurant, it's a function hall, where they place plastic tables and serve the food. Too costly. 8. Check out was good."

    "We stayed for a day in A.C. double room. Room was cozy; it could've been a little bigger; but fine. WiFi was provided for free. English Newspaper was provided though we asked for Telugu newspaper. We didn't complain, if we did, they might have changed it. Only 3 issues concerned us.\n1. No sufficient lighting in the room- no tubelight, only ceiling bulbs.\n2. Commode was very close to the shower taps, such cozy is the bathroom. \n3. The A.C. is window A.C. which was very close to one bed making it completely exposed to A.C. making it unbearable & making the other bed completely deprived of A.C. facility. So we ended up not using the A.C. facility at all.\n\nBut, the quality of service, cleanliness, maintenance & response to customers were good. The room was listed at **Rs, but in the register, they wrote it as **Rs, whereas we got it for around **rs after cashbacks."

    "I went there in public transport. Pick up and drop facility was not provided. Hotel location was fine but rooms were not suitable for family. Hotel was located far from city. They did not give welcome drink. Appearance of the hotel was okay. No delays in check in and check out. Booking and front office staff was good. Overall services were average. I booked my through phone call. Rooms were not up to the mark. Rooms were not spacious. Hot water facility was not available there anytime. AC and TV were there. They had given WI-FI facility on request. Interiors and exteriors were okay. Breakfast was complimentary there. Taste and quality of the food was good and it was a South Indian breakfast. Nothing was available in activities. Visakhapatnam is a wonderful place as tourism. I went there with my family and it was a relaxation trip in the month of August."

We booked AC Deluxe but was provided roadside room, with Window AC (I don't know how still hotels use Window AC) and bathrooms were not clean.\r\n\r\nWhen fought with front office, they moved me to another split AC room which had beer bottle smell and window was not properly sealed for AC. We need to adjust for the same.\r\n\r\nTV is not very OLD TV. We need to hard press remote buttons. Second room was also not clean. No hot water. Just imagine for Deluxe Rooms, this is the condition. Imagine for non-AC rooms.\r\n\r\nCurtains were not washed. Pan spits and stains causing room smell and making doubly unbearable.\r\n\r\nComing to parking - there is no enough space for parking. When we need to take a U turn and we need to wait for 30 mins.\r\n\r\nI had to provide all facts so that no one feels troubled like me."

    "We had booked three day and night, but from the moment we put our 1st step in hotel our bad time started. Front office guy was saying so what if booked through Makemytrip, you have to wait. Rooms were stinking, in fact the housekeeping was worse than railway station, it was a horror staying there. Nobody bothered to change the bathing towels, bedsheets, soaps, when we approached front office asking them that why they are not changing soap everyday, he said don't worry we will give you four soaps. I mean there is no sense of talking also, they do not know to value the customer adding to that they do not hesitate to insult the guests.\r\n\r\nHonest advice do not go there. And also advising make my trip to disassociate themselves from Kinnera Comforts as early as possible. It does not comfort it makes you sick."

    "1. room doesn't look like the pictures 2.very small bed my foot was out of bed and I'm only 166 cm 3. bed wasn't clean stain on bedsheet and cover I forced myself to sleep 4. checkout at 11 they are calling me from 8:30 to check out twice they called before I leave I asked them why I did he says reminding u that you have to check out obviously if I'm in hotel I won't forget something such checking out 5. they have breakfast menu but the food not there there was no soda no even butter and jam the only nice thing happened to me in this place to be honest that the guy lift the bag for me for the front door of hotel to my cab I want to thank him. over all I don't recommend it and I don't know those reviews are fake or what I don't know how someone could like this hotel not even 1 star."

    "When we reached the hotel, the reception guy was not ready with our check-in details. Where as I have called and spoken to them twice the previous day. The room was bit old with a old fashion box TV. Went for breakfast to the restaurant, where they have given the option of Idli, Vada and pongal. We asked for idli and vada. Idli was too sour. Vada size was too small. As the idli was not eatable, we asked for more vada. They refused to serve more. After lot of argument, they served 02 more vadas. But it was not enough. So we asked for puri, for which they said it will take time. Finally we had bread omelet on extra charges. Lunch we ordered from room. They did not had any paneer item. No bathroom amenities also given to us. Even for wi-fi also, they have not given us password."

The location of the hotel was excellent since it was located in the market place. The appearance of the hotel was excellent as it was maintained well. The booking and front office was below excellent as the staff were not good in behavior. It was a direct booking. Room at this hotel was excellent as it was clean and hygienic. The staff at this hotel were excellent as the food services and room services was on time. Food at this hotel was excellent since the taste and quality was good and there were complimentary food provided. There was no indoor and outdoor activities in hotel. Overall experience was good at this hotel."

    "The bed linen was not clean so requested the housekeeping to change but they didn't bother to. AC didn't work as an airconditioner it just threw air like fan, informed the management several times but they didn't act on it. They have extra 600 for an early check-in at 8:00 am. And while checking out they were hurrying like anything. The TV only shows a few channels of only south Indian languages and has no English or Hindi channels, at least few NEWS channelss should be kept in the list. Overall it's a very poor hotel and it's management is also unreactive towards the quality of the service they should provide. This is the first time I've booked trusting FAB hotels but the experience remains to be very bad."

    "This hotel has a string of problems, beginning with the lack of hot water in the bathroom. The man at the desk will claim that there is 24 hr supply but you won't get any hot water in the tap. \nThere is no facility for complimentary mineral water.\nThe breakfast menu is poor and food generally is repeated.If you don't like south indian cuisine you won't be able to have anything there.\nThe room is dimly lit and has no air circulation. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. The only positive being that the housekeeping took it out of the bathroom immediately. \nOver all a bad experience and i checked out the next morning.\nI would suggest anyone going there to stay elsewhere."

    "We stayed here for two nights in February and had a pleasant stay. The hotel offers 3 star comforts at an affordable price. The location is convenient. Around 2kms from the both the RTC bus stand and the railway station and the bus stop for local buses is only a 10 min walk away. Check in was smooth. Our room was quite small but clean. The sheets however were not so clean. The room did get a bit stuffy because of the lack of ventilation. The breakfast was limited but good and the veg thali was good too. There are also other restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful. The wifi is certainly very fast just like they advertise on their website. Overall, a good stay and we will stay here again."

Second day I felt little bit hungry in the middle and I was about dial for Restaurant for coffee and snacks, My room door was knocked by room service person and served banana as compliment in a plate with smiling. The front desk manager is very well-behaved.. and the other staffs are also very good and friendly... they also provide complementary breakfast (south-indian) is very tasty... moreover we had booked hotel package for our Araku tour, and they provide us a brand new swift dzire car... all the managements are just upto the mark.... the manager also gave me discounts on my bill... atlast I will always suggest everybody to book this hotel for a week tour...."

Lets say4Am-4AM and if the checkout is beyond 4AM the next day we were informed that 600 needs to be paid for late checkout charges.(Which we are okay with) That person at the reception insisted us to consider as early checkin and forced us to provide written request.Communication of the requirements are very poor.Only concern is with the staff and the locality it is placed.(Least and zero signal availability of tele carriers)"

Your order will served in your room. (quality is too much). I got a free Breakfast as per my package, (it was limited one, which is OK for me) but Only south Indian food.     "Kinnera Comforts is located near Jyothi theatre. There are many eateries in the nearby vicinity. However the road is quite congested for parking. The rooms give you a feel of your bedroom rather than a hotel room. It's quite and comfortable with good air conditioning, the bathrooms are clean and spacious with 24 hrs hot water, but you would find the same soap liquid for handwash, Bath and shower. Good thing they provide a soap for Bath. The towels aren't up to the mark. They provide free breakfast however we didn't try, though we ordered coffee and milk for the baby. The room service is prompt. They do provide free WiFi"

A beautiful hotel to stay with all the modern amenities, room built under vaastu.the front office and lobby cannot be worth mentioned, but there is lady receptionist by name Ms.Padma, who is simple and courteous personified.treats the guests with all grace. but my time of the visit was bad, as only a week ago the city was ruined by the cycle hudhud. as it is, there was shortage of power, hence i could not get my a/c room and there was no tv. as such i had to shift to hotel akshaya. otherwise hotel kinnera comforts is your real happy home."
