Staff was extremely helpful and supportive

Hotel is value for money and staff was very supportive. They called me two time for follow-up before check -in. Room was small but well maintained and clean.

Mene call karke 2 logo ka booking karne ko bola tha use sirf 1 guest ka booking kiya.... Muje vaha jake 2nd guest ke liye extra payment karna pada... Totally disappointed ....

Very tough time I had in booking the reservations for my guest who came to see us and we did booking in Fab tele service customer executive for 7-8 nights .

Although staff was very nice and hardworking but ambience was not good and lift was not working that makes us go by stairs up ton5th floor

Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Far Far from being termed as Fabulous in any respect. Had enquired parking since beginning from helpline number and even hotel all termed Yes. But there is no safe parking available with them , neither assistance given by them for parking. Only sentence being told us to park on road wherever u find space if any . No Lift service , a hard thing for senior citizen to climb three sets of stairs for room. No reception but only money collection booth . Even for any trivial room service like water bottle else tea at room we will have to remind again and again and would take not less than 20 min , but will disturb you at night for payment to settle of even one water bottle. Then also they do not have any funda of morning tea. For complimentary breakfast u will have to go on ground floor cafe which have got different entrance. For lunch and dinner a different place that is u will have to go a ground floor , then again climb first floor to have pathetic lunch or dinner . We had to stay 03 nights with 2 rooms for had booked online on good faith and had made advance payment . Even during check in when we reached hotel seeing reception which was not from any class to be termed as reception , low floor roof...Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Unsafe, Fraud & Dirty. AVOID La Victoria Banquet and Rooms* *Visit Date: 17-18 August 2026* I had the worst experience at *La Victoria Banquet and Rooms*. *Staff & Behavior*: Staff is completely untrained and rude. They dont know how to talk to guests. Agents were appointed at railway station, bus stops and online who give fake details to guests. *Fraud*: This is a complete scam. The agents + even the owner are involved in cheating and fraud with guests. *Room & Cleanliness*: Hotel rooms and staff are in very bad condition. The toilet was dirty, floors were bad and overall hygiene was poor. *Safety Hazard*: There is a major power issue in the room and bathroom. While washing my face, I felt electric current flowing in the whole bathroom. This is extremely dangerous. I complained to the owner but he is irresponsible and part of the cheating.

From the physical state of the building to the appalling attitude of the staff, it was a miserable stay. Unprofessional Staff: The biggest issue was the receptionist, Ashwin Bhai. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward the ladies in my family—my wife, mother, and sister. Dealing with a staff member who lacks basic decency and manners made our stay feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Poor Maintenance & Hygiene: The hotel is falling apart. The hallways have peeling paint and ceiling damage (see photos), and the rooms feel neglected. The bath mat provided was stained and dirty, and the bathroom fixtures were covered in grime. It is clear that hygiene is not a priority here. Disappointing Breakfast: Don't be fooled by the "complimentary breakfast." Limited & Tasteless: The spread was extremely sparse with very few options. Poor Quality: The food that was available was completely tasteless and poorly prepared. You are better off finding a local cafe than wasting time on the hotel’s "buffet." Final Word: Between the disrespectful behavior of Ashwin Bhai and the overall lack of cleanliness, I strongly advise travelers—especially those with families—to look elsewhere. Management needs to seriously address their staff’s behavior and the state of their property.
