"The only room was too small. Geyser was not functional. The receptionist was not ready to offer any other room or option as full payment was already made and there was no way to refuse whaterver room was offered."

"Wholesome can say the hotel is not as big as shown in ingars its tiny. Please remove the breakfast facility for this hoetl as it has no dinning neither a kitchen they nring from out cheap quality food and give ro water in used disposed bottels brought by other guests.i wasnguven water in rail neer bottles which eas used by other guests. They had no waiting area.they dont even change bedsheets and clean the room. Very bad room services. I highly recommended to remove from fab hotels as they are spoiling the name"

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
