"First and foremost, We experienced bed bugs. Bed was in a very bad state. This is the second visit of mine to this hotel with my elderly father for an appointment in Manipal hispitals. Farooq, the manager was very rude. He took extra amount for an early check-in of just one hour. He did not have patience to listen to what we were trying to say. We will never consider this hotel for our next follow up visits. Thanks for your horrible service farooq"

"Hotel was good but missed a breakfast as we r not in time and got bit late even after requesting to arrange some food they refused to give us the breakfast instead after requesting they only provided the coffee..pls dont limit the timings if we booked our food means which is to be served to us..pls consider this point Thank u."

"Waldrobe inside the room was locked. When i asked the staff they said they will not give key. they have kept their things in that. I was afraid that if some unwanted or criminal activities was there inside the waldrobe. I told them I will call the police. They said I can do anything I want and even said that they dont even care if i dont come again. Also, there was no shower gel and hand wash inside the bathroom. When I said about this, the staff came and poured shampoo inside shower gel bottle and said that it is shower gel. It was clearly written on the can that it is shampoo. Very bad. I had to go outside and buy a bath soap and hand wash. Terrible from fabhotel group. I will never ever book in fabhotel."
