    "The worst experience I ever had with a FabHotel. The lure of saving some money ~500, cost me a lot more. Location is pretty bad in front of the hotel. Shanties line the streets as its an underdeveloped area. Which is okay imo, people gotta stay somewhere; however ladies might feel unsafe. It is near Indiranagar, and SV Bus station along with 2 metro stations nearby. Thats where the good ends. No person at reception & no professionalism seen by the Manager. I was sweating while trying to find a person to checkin; which took around 20 mins. The whole interaction was stressful and the manager was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. At the very least, rooms have working AC, and fan. Now comes the worst part of the stay or whatever you might call it. The room had a horrible pungent smell which made me nauseous. When I switched on the lights, the sheets had dirt, hair and what not. Probably unclean, and recently used. The towel had dirty brown stains. When I picked it up, there were more grizzly dirty stains on the sheets, and the very thin bed linen. The mattress was squeaky as well. The walls were dirty, with stains of dripping liquids & gutkha, along with peeled out paint. Some sections were covered with dried out sticky stuff on the walls, and the headboard of the bed. I was so disappointed, that I just left after an hour of introspection. Booked my regular place which cost me 600 more than what I paid for this place. Meaning, it cost me double at the end of the day. Not at all a place for someone whos hygiene conscious."

    "A great staying experience in a homely environment. We get a room in an apartment of two rooms with a common living room and kitchen. The entire apartment was clean and tid and it was cozy too. The location is good for Horamavu and nearby places . In 10 min you have an entire street of eateries. The management should take a note of keeping at least bottles of water inside the rooms . We had to always go to kitchen to get water in glasses. Overall a pleasant stay."

    "We stayed for two days in a premium room, but it was quite disappointing. The room was less spacious, and essentials like toiletries weren’t properly stocked. The bedsheet was tore and stains, and the bath towel seemed old. No one came to clean the room on the second day. Basic amenities like tea, sugar, and coffee packets were not provided. Some areas of the room had visible cracks, which was disappointing. Although breakfast was satisfactory, the overall experience with room cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations."

    "It's in some remote place. Kitchen opens at 8, closes by afternoon. Then open in evening. Early morning no tea coffee, afternoon no tea coffee, nothing nearby to walk over and have tea coffee, food. Have walk far. Bed sheets could be cleaner. Cannot get extra pillow if u want. Will not go back to this place."

Generally my experience with other similar platforms were good. I assumed FabHotel will guarantee a minimum level of hotel. The room rent does not match to the room and condition of the Hotel. Do not book if you really want a stay in Hotel and not PG."

    "Almost there was no room service. Even tea was seldom available under pretext of no milk, no cash etc etc. Room had no electric kettle. No mosquitoes repellants machines like Allout etc. No hand towel. No bed tea facility even on payment basis. Staff behaviour was apathetic. Only one staff named Raju was considerate and bears good behaviour. Good hotel at a very good location provided room service and tea snacks are made available on demand."

    "Right from booking the room, it was horrible experience. Called fabhotel hotline for booking the room and informed that we want a room for family of 3. Ms. S attended my call and said this hotel is premium and booked the room. She further informed that i have to pay 400 extra for third person at reception. After we reached hotel, we found room is very small, hardly two persons can stay. Also hotel reception informed us that there is no communication regarding third person. When I tried calling her, she didn't respond to calls and messages. She only messaged to wait, she'll check, but never got back. I had to request reception guy for allowing third person and he agreed upon payment of 500 extra. After entering room, we found it is with full of cigarette smell. I tried using my deodorant but of no use. Again after many requests to reception, they changed room at 1030 pm. Before that my son already vomited because of the cigarette small. The changed room was good, but no lock for bathroom. I have been with fab hotels from last 7-8 years, but this is the first time i had faced such issue with bad booking experience and bad room. I always had high regards for fab hotels as the rooms are pretty good and clean. Fab hotel management should seriously look into such issues, otherwise the brand name may get affected."

    "This is not a FabHotel property, and the images are fake. You cannot find any FabHotel branding in the entire hotel. This is a property of Treebo, and it's called Treebo West 12 Degrees. The images of the room are not the same. I booked it through FabHotels, where the person Radhika confirmed my early check-in and breakfast for three days, plus charged me for all this, but didn't mention it in the email; instead, she communicated via WhatsApp, saying the email is automated and that she had confirmed it with the property. After arriving at the hotel, the person Sujit at the reception said I had to pay extra for early check-in. I explained that I had already paid for early check-in and three days' breakfast, so I asked him to check under special requests. He insisted there was nothing noted and asked how I could get a hotel for this cost, including breakfast and early check-in. I spoke to the property owner, who informed him of the situation, but he still refused to provide breakfast for day one because it wasn't mentioned. I tried reaching out to FabHotel, and they said they had raised a callback request from Radhika; she would sort it out, but no one from FabHotel called me after that. You can see the real pictures of the property; I spent half an hour looking for the hotel. Sujit will teach you how to book directly with the hotel instead of going through all these online aggregators if you are nice to him. I didn't ask for anything extra; I paid for everything upfront, understanding how hotels operate by asking for early check-in fees and day one breakfast charges. For the cost, the hotel is average, but the experience offered by FabHotel is frustrating due to overpromising (charging upfront) and under-delivering. Do not opt for the breakfast; it is not worth the cost of 300 INR."

    "There should be an option to give - rating for the hotel. I tried booking this property from the official fab hotels website. While booking for particular dates, some glitch occurred and the date got automatically changed to the current date, while I was making payment, there was no final confirmation on dates or anything. Then I completely my payment and the dates were current date, I was shocked and tried looking for the date change option and it was unavailable, so had to cancel the booking within a minute. But, it showed like refund will not be applicable for this booking, even though the mistake was clearly not from my end and had dropped a mail to feedback@fabhotels.com, still there is no use. Website is so pathetic and difficult to use. Never book fab hotels ever again."

    "Oct 18 2024 - Came here seeing the reviews but very much disappointed. Later realised that most of them are fake or paid reviews. If you checkin directly room costs are high. I booked via MakeMyTrip and got a room for 1000 rs less. Receptionist said AC is not working for the whole building due to thunderstorm which seemed funny. Room was so dusty that I was coughing whole night. Floor was sticky sticky. -Room no 309 (Oct 18th 24 checkin)"

    "Pathetic experience, I am rightly punished for going for a cheap place for once. Couldn't even find the bloody place in the night, and the reception is more like a Tier-2 town B-grade manager, forget professional, language or training. Customer service rep tried to help but wasn't fully competent to understand things or give right or effective guidance even though I don't know what he could have realistically done. The room and bathroom and stuff - oh man, it will leave a mark and be in my nightmares for a while."
