Good rooms is good staff good food Great experience, staff were very attentive and proactively providing a comfortable stay. The rooms were super clean, The hotel is at perfect location, everything is within a 10-15 monitesy reachable radius. Thank you for making my stay memorable and delightful. When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The room that was provided to us was very dirty, there were stains on bedsheet, bathroom was really dirty it had a really bad vibes and room had leakage also. When we complaiend about the room they shifted us to premium room which was intially a deluxe room that we had booked but they didnt agreed and asked us to pay more for the same room that we had booked. Overall it was not a good experience.

These guys are very unprofessional, they send a link in your phone and ask you to share the phone so they fill 5 star ratings from your phone.. I just saw them doing the same so i snatched it away from his hand. When we ask him he says it is what the “Manager” told them to do.. And we also saw the message send by the manager asking for the ratings to be filled 5 star.. The bathrooms are not cleaned and towels are dirty.. Totally disappointed with the services. They don’t have a lift but a guy can help you bringing your luggage up to 2nd floor. Don’t go by the rating because it’s not filled by the person itself.

We have confirmed booking of 3 rooms in this hotel after full payment online, when we reached to this hotel around 11:30 PM, fully tired along with 3 small kids and one senior citizen after driving thorough out the day from manali to Zirakpur. The receptionist told me no room is available and he told me that it is my fault that before booking rooms i have not called him. After half an hour he told me he has rooms but he will charge almost triple. Receptionist is very rude and greedy. We have returned from there and raised complaint on booking website then booking website provided other property.

Actual rooms don't match the picture as shown on Google , the location of the property is missing over Expedia n other platforms , The name Fab is not used on the branding , only written black diamond hotel . washroom was clean , the door locks were broken , and there were too many cockroaches in the room, Bed sheet n pillow were not that white sheets dirty a bit , I asked to change directly, said yeah hi h jo hai , lighting in room for not Bright enough , reusable slippers were not dere , wooden flooring was making bubble sound

Room and washroom are not good. Bed sheets and mattress are also low quality. And they didn’t provide any soaps and shampoo and bodywash even handwash in washroom. Shower is not working and bucket is too dirty. Moreover they didn’t provide and water bottles even single one. I took one they charged me 30 for 1 ltr bottle. Had not good experience. Pictures are misleading.

Worst place to book your stay at. Very unprofessional staff here, rooms not cleaned you can spot rats in your room too. Don't book this place by going towards its rating, these people use your phone and rate themselves as 5 stars. Please be aware. Rooms are present at 2nd floor with no lift facility.
