We had asked to check why the AC was not working and has reminded the staff 2 times throughout the day. Later we asked them the third time then the staff responded "If you don't like the room then why are you staying here". After a short quarrel they fixed the AC.

Third class Fab Hotel, Third Class Via Nar Comforts Hotel (Chickpet, Bengaluru) and Their Services. Worst Customer Service of Fab Hotel. When we called Fab Hotel they don't respond for Existing Customer who already booked a hotel via Fab Hotel but when you select Fresh booking option, within a second they picked a call. Now Hotel Review, I booked Hotel Name Via Nar Comforts, Chickpet Bengaluru. In this Hotel both Receptionist (Day & Night) useless, No Good behaviour with Customer, Not responding on Customer Query or Escalations. In the Room No Drinking Water, No Handwash Soap, No Clean Bed Sheets, Everything you want call Reception for Water/Soap/ AC Remote, Even When call for Bath Towel, They gave me Towel in Torn Situation. I booked the Hotel with Fab Hotel Website and added Room with Breakfast for Both Day. On first day they Said in the morning We will check and confirm you in half an hour and second day also they not provide breakfast in Room. I said please refund my two Days Breakfast amount which you not provide to me and their Receptionist refused to refund. Which Hotel provide you a water, Soap, Bath Towel after Guest Calling, Which customer chase Hotel for Providing Breakfast, These are a Hotel Responsibility to customer happy. Even on First day when I go to visit Places in Bengaluru and returned to hotel my Room was not cleaned, No cleaning service done on my room. The hotel photos are not matching with the property, reaching the location with four wheeler is very risky, unhygienic location, rooms filled with cigarette odour, this property is not fab standard. 1st time had this much worse experience using fab property. The same property is running oyo also. Staff is also not cooperative.

Very very bad rooms, dirty and they stink. Also they will scam you and ask for more money at the time of arrival dispite already being booked over bookings.com. Both the Hotel and bookings.com are not to be trusted. I was managing the booking for my sibling's wedding guests at FabHotel Rove Inn. The staff demanded extra money on arrival, even though the booking was fully paid. The rooms were disgusting. When we declined to stay, the hotel refused to cancel themselves to avoid refunding us. I had to cancel the booking, leaving us without a refund or a place to stay. It was an awful experience on such a special day. Do not trust this hotel

We booked FabHotel Rove Inn & Suites, Bangalore online for 3rd–7th (4 nights) after checking multiple platforms like MakeMyTrip and Booking.com, which showed good reviews, cleanliness, and breakfast included. Based on this, we made an advance booking and checked in smoothly without being asked for payment at the reception. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely opposite. The room was extremely small and unhygienic, nothing like the images shown online. Cleanliness was very poor, which was disappointing after a long day at the expo. Despite “breakfast included,” the hotel does not have a kitchen. Breakfast was simply ordered from outside and handed over, which is misleading. Due to these issues, we decided to check out early after the first night and informed both the reception and FabHotel support via email. We were bluntly told no early checkout, stating that since it was an online booking, only 1 night refund was possible as per terms & conditions—leaving us with no real option. The most shocking and unacceptable incident happened at 1:00 AM: The hotel owner repeatedly called and knocked on our room door, demanding immediate payment and threatening to make us leave the hotel at that hour. After a full day of exhausting expo work, this behavior was harassing, rude, and completely inhumane. Waking guests at 1 AM and pressuring them for payment is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This experience reflects very poor management, misleading information, and extremely unprofessional behavior. I strongly do not recommend this hotel or FabHotel management to anyone, especially business travelers. Please be careful before booking—online images and reviews are highly misleading.
