""I arrived very late at night and was worried about getting everything sorted. However, the receptionist at Fab Express Oriental Suites 111 was incredibly polite and understanding. I requested a late check-out, and they graciously allowed me to stay two hours beyond the usual time. In the morning, they provided tea and breakfast exactly as I had requested. The service was top-notch, and Im truly grateful for the receptionists help. Highly recommend this place for their excellent hospitality!""

"I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant."

"I recently booked this place for 3 of my guests at what can only be described as a fake hotel, and I was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment we arrived, I encountered rude staff who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than providing any semblance of hospitality. Despite having a reservation, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never mentioned during the booking process. When I questioned these charges, the staff became defensive and unhelpful. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The room itself was subpar—dirty and poorly maintained. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid the hassle! I booked this hotel from make my trip even they couldn’t able to help."

"Pathetic experience. Very old hotel and not maintaining well. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Broken doors, dusty smell. Reception side 2 boys gave room in terrace at first and after an argument they gave room in second floor which is also below average with conditions i mentioned above. Fabhotels should not include this hotel in their group. I moved to another hotel in morning."

"I recently booked a stay at Season Suites JP Nagar through FabHotel, expecting a smooth experience with early check-in as confirmed by their customer executive. However, upon arrival, the receptionist claimed they hadn’t received the internal mail regarding the early check-in and had no idea that I had booked a luxury class room with a balcony. After a frustrating argument, they finally allowed me to check in early. Unfortunately, the room itself was a major letdown. It felt like a 30-year-old room with broken fixtures, and the balcony door was damaged, allowing mosquitoes to enter by evening. The cleaning solution they used on the floors was sticky, had a terrible smell, and made it unpleasant to walk barefoot. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, resembling a 2G connection, making it impossible to get any work done. Additionally, the room boy who came to assist with the TV and Dish left without even solving the issue, showing poor service and training. Booking id for reference:QPLEXL"

"*Disappointing Experience at Fab Savi Inn International, Malleswaram, Bangalore* I booked a three-day stay (Oct 14-17) through direct management booking, paying ₹1600 advance (out of ₹6310 total). My family (70-year-old mother, wife, three-year-old child, and I) traveled from Coimbatore. *Misrepresentation and False Promises* 1. Room mismatch: Actual room differed from WhatsApp photo. 2. Baby cot misrepresentation: Photo showed three-person capacity, but room suited only two. 3. No on-site restaurant, contrary to claims. *Poor Customer Service* 1. Rude staff refused to address concerns. 2. Unresponsive management: The hotel manager didn't answer calls. *Additional Issues* 1. No AC: Forced to pay ₹800 extra (total ₹7110). 2. No hot water: Staff showed indifference. Our nine-hour journey ended in disappointment. We felt exploited paying ₹7110 for subpar accommodations. "This is not a FabHotel property, and the images are fake. You cannot find any FabHotel branding in the entire hotel. This is a property of Treebo, and it's called Treebo West 12 Degrees. The images of the room are not the same. I booked it through FabHotels, where the person Radhika confirmed my early check-in and breakfast for three days, plus charged me for all this, but didn't mention it in the email; instead, she communicated via WhatsApp, saying the email is automated and that she had confirmed it with the property. After arriving at the hotel, the person Sujit at the reception said I had to pay extra for early check-in. I explained that I had already paid for early check-in and three days' breakfast, so I asked him to check under special requests. He insisted there was nothing noted and asked how I could get a hotel for this cost, including breakfast and early check-in. I spoke to the property owner, who informed him of the situation, but he still refused to provide breakfast for day one because it wasn't mentioned. I tried reaching out to FabHotel, and they said they had raised a callback request from Radhika; she would sort it out, but no one from FabHotel called me after that. You can see the real pictures of the property; I spent half an hour looking for the hotel. Sujit will teach you how to book directly with the hotel instead of going through all these online aggregators if you are nice to him. I didn't ask for anything extra; I paid for everything upfront, understanding how hotels operate by asking for early check-in fees and day one breakfast charges. For the cost, the hotel is average, but the experience offered by FabHotel is frustrating due to overpromising (charging upfront) and under-delivering. Do not opt for the breakfast; it is not worth the cost of 300 INR."

"The most pathetic experience for anyone. Do not book this hotel, they are going to harrass you. Unhygienic rooms and zero hospitality. They charged me extra for 1 day when I did not stay for that day and over that they also made me wait for an hour post my check-in time to assign the room. The lobby is on 1st floor they did not help me bring my luggage from the main road till the lobby I had to climb stairs with my luggage by myself. In my 1 weeks stay they kept on reversing the same bedsheet, they did not clean the room for 3 continuous days, they did not give me water bottles for 3 continuous days, worst hygiene ever. Because of an urgent work I had to extend my booking for 3 more days which was paid and confirmed via goibibo portal. They denied my extended check-in and forced me to checkout from the room in the last minute when I was heading to my office, despite of the fact that I already had a fully paid and confirmed booking with their hotel from goibibo for 3 extended days. They stated that they have ended tie-ups with online booking portals. The staff and the hotel owners are extremely unprofessional they do not have etiquette to deal with and talk to the customers. The hotel owner harassed me over the phone stating that he will throw my luggage out of the room and keep it in lobby if I dnt checkout inspite of me having a paid confirmed room booking. A perfect scam I must say. I am a frequent traveller but I must say this booking was the worst selection ever. Do not fall prey of this hotel. Try to refrain from booking this hotel."

"As per my stay it was horrible just small closed room although I requested them before checkin only that I need good spacious at-least ventilated room after this also I got small room with no ventilation even A.C was not working. On complain also reception guy use to say ma’am it will work. So my suggestion please check room and than confirm or talk with Fabhotels for other property if you didn’t got good room. Staff were good and breakfast is limited option and they will get you from near by shop only as they don’t have own kitchen so better avoid advance payment of breakfast you can get food nearby only at good price."

"Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The room was a complete nightmare. First, there were bugs crawling around, which is absolutely disgusting. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages—stains all over the bed, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place had a foul odor. To make matters worse, the roof was damaged with visible cracks, and the curtains were stained beyond belief. As if that wasn't bad enough, I noticed spit marks on the walls and even found bubble gum. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this place. Overall, it felt more like staying in a run-down shack than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!"
