The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Everything is perfect ; staff ,food , room , location ,service . You made my first India trip was perfect .

Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

Its was a short getaway for me n my family and the property met all the expectations from location to comfort.

please remove this particupar vendor/franchise from your list. they did not provide brakfast. No water bottle facility, the Bed was torn out and the Spings in the Cart HURT me severly..

One of the most disgusting hotels ever. Rooms smell like paan and tobacco, rooms filled with bugs and cockroaches. Rather than working and sleeping i spent my time killing cockroaches.

The manager behaviour was worst and there is no lock to door and the manager say it is what it is.stay if you want.
