    "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, and there was no handwash provided. The staffs behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. The worst part was that I accidentally left my room key inside and stepped out for a short time. When I returned, the staff did not provide any assistance and instead charged me an additional 400 just to unlock the door. On top of that, they charged 40 for a 20 water bottle. Overall, I found the service and conditions to be very poor, and I would not recommend staying here."

To my relief, the hotel manager, Irfan, called me immediately to inform me. When I returned, he personally handed it back with great care, ensuring it was safe and secure. The honesty and professionalism of the staff were truly impressive. This hotel goes above and beyond for its guests!""

    "A very bad experience. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets were dirty and had stains at multiple locations. This was common in 5-6 rooms which were vacant at that point of time. Also there was no hot water and the drain water pipe of wash basin was broken and all the waste water was spreading in the entire washroom."
