The room is very good, and the manager is kind and helpful. The staff are friendly, and it’s a very safe place. It’s a great place to work and enjoy ourselves. Thank you!

We visited Bangalore it was an official trip. I went there along with my wife in the month of June 2017. We took a cab to reach the hotel from Airport. It is a 1hr journey from the airport to hotel. We had called the staff regarding pick-up facility. They said it is not available. The best way to reach is by cab. The location is well placed as there was an event conducted in that hotel. So whatever things required we would get it from the market nearby. There were food outlet like Dominoz. Other travelers will find it convenient as the markets are nearby. Even bus and cab are available near to the hotel. The appearance is fine. The exterior looks were good. However the interior was not matching with the exterior. When we look from outside we think the hotel looks good. But when we go inside the interior looks are not that good. The front office was average. They do not have any idea who is checking-in and who is checking-out. They are not aware of anything. They do not bother who is coming in and who is going out. It seems like reception area is there in the parking lot in the basement area. The service was terrible. It was sunny outside. When we ordered for water we would get it after 2 hours. There was no cold water. There was a lot of delay in any service. Moreover we had the language problem. The staff did not know Hindi or English. It was difficult to deal with them. The room is quite good. We booked AC deluxe room. The room has the balcony with AC. Even the interior decorations are good. We did not get some of the basic things like shampoo and towel. They are saying that a person has gone for a laundry service. He will come and provide the necessary things. This is the problem we face with service. We did not have food here in this hotel. There is restaurant facility inside the hotel. But we did not have it there. I will suggest they can have food here it totally depends on them. As I did not have it here. There is lift facility. There was an event conducted by the place where I work. We were in that event. I will suggest this hotel to other travelers. If they are going with family. It is not good. If they are going on business purpose then it is fine. They can improve on reception area and service department. They should understand English and Hindi very well. So there is no misunderstanding.

I have no idea about the distance between railway station and the hotel. The best way to reach the place is by taxi. They did not arrange for taxi if we wanted to go to other places. The location is average. It is difficult to find the hotel. The appearance is alright. The appearance could have been better. By changing the building color It appeared old. There is lift facility. There is no travel desk like no pick-up and drop facility for the travelers. The front office cooperated with us very well. The reception area was bad. The service staff responded with us very well. . We booked deluxe room. It was clean and tidy. It was well maintained. We had food in the hotels restaurant. We got complimentary breakfast. It was tasty and delicious. There were no special dishes. I will suggest other travelers to have idli. . There were no activities conducted by the hotel. I will definitely suggest this hotel to other travelers as well. I will suggest the hotelier to provide cab facilities for travelers. And for improvements they have to increase room quality they have to give prompt response. They should not delay in serving our requests. As we stayed for longer period of time. The staff should clean the rooms everyday. They should change the mattress. After I complained they used to clean. There is no facility for drinks. We should ask for the service staff they charge for the service. The hotel is in the cross roads there communication is difficult. People do not know the language. On a particular day I asked for non-veg food. They said it is not available. But then the service staff took cash from me and got the food. It is not convenient as I am staying there and I should ask the staff to get food from outside.

If you believe the photos on the websites and book your stay at this hotel then be ready to receive the most unpleasant surprise. The room and bathroom are damp with water seepage from the ceiling. The floor is sticky. The bed and linen have unpleasant odour. Towels are dirty and torn. Pillows are worn out. There are no amenities as shown in the photos, no kettle or proper breakfast, they get the breakfast from a stall next to the hotel in disposable plates. The TV only played a few free channels. The staff are untrained and are difficult to converse with. You have to beg for services as simple as geting the room cleaned and water bottles. There were bugs in the room and toilet. The overall experience of entering into this hotel raises eyebrows. The only advantage this place has is its proximity with the business and entertainment districts and reasonable pricing considering the location. The place desparately needs a refurbishment, professional staff and basic amenities. I would not hesitate to pay more but I believe there is a fixed client base for this product which does not mind these deficiencies and hence the hotel is almost booked out daily. My only submission to the franchise of Fab Hotels is to review these properties and aggregator MakeMyTrip do audits and see if they are meeting the minimum standards as one would expect from the franchise or what is being published online. The sale of rooms online of this property is very misleading has definitely left a very poor experience and mistrust with both MakeMyTrip and Fab Hotels.

I have given extra 500 rs for 3rd guest each day and I have not received a blanket neither another bed nothing at the start of booking the hotel everyone said you will receive everything extra mattress and what not but the time of arrival the manager said there is no extra mattress and all worst experience ever .

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel based solely on its Google photos and description, as they are highly misleading. Most of the information presented online does not reflect the actual condition of the property. There was no hot water facility and no proper Wi-Fi. The room was neither clean nor well maintained as shown in the pictures. No water bottles were provided, and even the most basic amenities were missing. Hygiene standards were very poor—the bedsheets and pillowcases were old and dirty, and there was mould on the ceiling. We were extremely unhappy during our stay. At night, loud noise from the reception area could clearly be heard in the rooms, making it difficult to rest. The overall experience was very disappointing. The hotel was also difficult to locate. The entrance is not from the main road but from the backside, and there is no proper signage to guide guests. Additionally, although the Google listing mentioned that breakfast was included, no breakfast was provided. Even tea had to be paid for separately. Although the standard stay was from 12:00 noon to 11:00 a.m. the next day, the staff began insisting on checkout from 10:00 a.m. onwards, which was inconvenient. Although few staff members were polite and helpful. However, considering the poor maintenance, lack of hygiene, misleading information, missing amenities, and checkout pressure, I would not recommend booking this hotel. It does not match the description provided online.
