"First of all rude faces . No work ethic , disgusted as oh some one came we need to assist kind of . 1629 for a over night stay and pathetic amenities , WIFI worst than 2g , TV was Broken , geyser was not working . Even after informing didn't got any help . 1200 budget we have better amenities providing stays . Welcoming nature and polite behaviour . Worst of all time . evn Oyo reception are not responsive and well manner . Cockroaches all over the bed and cupboard"

"A very bad experience. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets were dirty and had stains at multiple locations. This was common in 5-6 rooms which were vacant at that point of time. Also there was no hot water and the drain water pipe of wash basin was broken and all the waste water was spreading in the entire washroom."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
