"Washrooms and room itself is heavily neglected, pipes were leaking doors had no locks,No WiFi and TV had only local channels,no locks, had to change given room to another room because of faulty lock . that room also was under maintained. No hot water,no working phone to call service, and no outside food delivery allowed. Hotel is surrounded by industries so always loud noise was coming i had to keep the window closed all the time. Also room was smelly,bedsheets and blankets were torn and dirty. How did they got a 4* rating in fab. Only good thing was the metro stations location."
