Everything is perfect ; staff ,food , room , location ,service . You made my first India trip was perfect .

Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

The Property which was booked in the app was not the property the from reception told us. These people have a different hotel in which they accept booking for the advertised property but send the guest to the other property which is not clean and looks like a dungeon. Smart move on accepting bookings for the advertised property and sending the guests to the other but it's. Not going to work with me. Better luck next time

please remove this particupar vendor/franchise from your list. they did not provide brakfast. No water bottle facility, the Bed was torn out and the Spings in the Cart HURT me severly..

One of the most disgusting hotels ever. Rooms smell like paan and tobacco, rooms filled with bugs and cockroaches. Rather than working and sleeping i spent my time killing cockroaches.

The manager behaviour was worst and there is no lock to door and the manager say it is what it is.stay if you want.
