have visited many hotels, but this one truly stands out. The environment is calm and clean, but what touched me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The receptionists warm smile and heartfelt behavior made me feel genuinely welcome. Its the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. A truly heart-touching experience. I had a visa interview at bangalore. The hotel was close to the interview centre, vfs at Gopalan Innovation mall. I made partial payment in the app to confirm booking and balance at the hotel. The staff were cooperative and professional. The rooms were also neat and clean, except for the bathroom mat.

If you believe the photos on the websites and book your stay at this hotel then be ready to receive the most unpleasant surprise. The room and bathroom are damp with water seepage from the ceiling. The floor is sticky. The bed and linen have unpleasant odour. Towels are dirty and torn. Pillows are worn out. There are no amenities as shown in the photos, no kettle or proper breakfast, they get the breakfast from a stall next to the hotel in disposable plates. The TV only played a few free channels. The staff are untrained and are difficult to converse with. You have to beg for services as simple as geting the room cleaned and water bottles. There were bugs in the room and toilet. The overall experience of entering into this hotel raises eyebrows. The only advantage this place has is its proximity with the business and entertainment districts and reasonable pricing considering the location. The place desparately needs a refurbishment, professional staff and basic amenities. I would not hesitate to pay more but I believe there is a fixed client base for this product which does not mind these deficiencies and hence the hotel is almost booked out daily. My only submission to the franchise of Fab Hotels is to review these properties and aggregator MakeMyTrip do audits and see if they are meeting the minimum standards as one would expect from the franchise or what is being published online. The sale of rooms online of this property is very misleading has definitely left a very poor experience and mistrust with both MakeMyTrip and Fab Hotels.

The hotel receptionist was very rude She was asking to pay extra without any reasons.. very bad experience never visiting again shame on them...

I went with my family and I had a really shady experience that I had to leave the premises immediately. I had booked for 3 days June 16 to June 19. I happened to checkin on June 17 12 PM and checked out within 15 minutes of checkin due to the bad state of the hotel. The hotel was so rusty and cleanliness was really bad. It didn't look like a 9.1 rated hotel in Booking.com. I spoke to the hotel owner and asked him to cancel, 17-19 booking and I'm ok to pay for 16-17 booking, he mentioned that I speak to FabHotels customer support as the booking was made via it. I tried reaching out to customer care multiple times, however the options it states does not state this booking at all, so hence feeling helpless and reaching out to you on mail. The Amount total paid is 6195 for 3 days. Please do the needful as me and my family has to rush out of hotel for facing this bad experience.

Hotel is good If you book without fabhotel app or booking through Fabhotel website thier services is worst, I have stayed in two cities and used Fabhotel app, one in Bangalore and another one is Surat Both hotels was franchise and more or less services was okay.. but I don't recommend book hotels using fab services they just takes their commission and once you booked they don't care about customer as soon as you paid the amount.. even I give my feedback to hotels not to use fab as a partner... Call and support team disrespectful talks, poor communication and lacks of responsibility..

Service was good but the room was worst there were lots of cockroaches and bed bugs and it was the worst ever experience I had ,it's not like how it is showed in pictures

I booked this hotel a week in advance through FabHotels with a confirmed early check-in at 5:00 AM, and I was ready to pay extra for it. However, when I arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, they spoke arrogantly and told me to come back at 12 PM, saying the hotel was full. There was no offer to wait inside or any courtesy extended. At 5:00 AM, with tons of luggage, I had to cancel my booking and look for another hotel, which was extremely exhausting and stressful. If early check-in isn't possible, it should be clearly stated at the time of booking — not after the guest has arrived. The staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality were very disappointing.
