I had a visa interview at bangalore. The hotel was close to the interview centre, vfs at Gopalan Innovation mall. I made partial payment in the app to confirm booking and balance at the hotel. The staff were cooperative and professional. The rooms were also neat and clean, except for the bathroom mat.

I went with my family and I had a really shady experience that I had to leave the premises immediately. I had booked for 3 days June 16 to June 19. I happened to checkin on June 17 12 PM and checked out within 15 minutes of checkin due to the bad state of the hotel. The hotel was so rusty and cleanliness was really bad. It didn't look like a 9.1 rated hotel in Booking.com. I spoke to the hotel owner and asked him to cancel, 17-19 booking and I'm ok to pay for 16-17 booking, he mentioned that I speak to FabHotels customer support as the booking was made via it. I tried reaching out to customer care multiple times, however the options it states does not state this booking at all, so hence feeling helpless and reaching out to you on mail. The Amount total paid is 6195 for 3 days. Please do the needful as me and my family has to rush out of hotel for facing this bad experience.

Hotel is good If you book without fabhotel app or booking through Fabhotel website thier services is worst, I have stayed in two cities and used Fabhotel app, one in Bangalore and another one is Surat Both hotels was franchise and more or less services was okay.. but I don't recommend book hotels using fab services they just takes their commission and once you booked they don't care about customer as soon as you paid the amount.. even I give my feedback to hotels not to use fab as a partner... Call and support team disrespectful talks, poor communication and lacks of responsibility..

I booked this hotel a week in advance through FabHotels with a confirmed early check-in at 5:00 AM, and I was ready to pay extra for it. However, when I arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, they spoke arrogantly and told me to come back at 12 PM, saying the hotel was full. There was no offer to wait inside or any courtesy extended. At 5:00 AM, with tons of luggage, I had to cancel my booking and look for another hotel, which was extremely exhausting and stressful. If early check-in isn't possible, it should be clearly stated at the time of booking — not after the guest has arrived. The staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality were very disappointing.
