"it was one of the worst hotel i stayed in my entire life, they misnomerly increase the price even on prepaid booking. we have prepaid booking for 2 rooms for 2 night stay when i reached hotel for check-in they make me wait for nearly an hour and afterward they rebuffed my booking while saying we have an order to not allow you to check-in, then i tried to contact with fab they said me tarrif has been increased so now we can't do anything you have to pay extra ammount they nearly doubled our ammount and as we miss our cost of opportunity we haven't left any other option so we have to pay them. even after providing that ammount we guys were not satisfied on there service part. after interacting with few more guests stayed there i get to know that they were also suffering from similar situation. (fab hotels + fab authority) make there business purely on basis of fate accompli they booked your room on lower price and when you reached to the hotel they quash your booking. we guys definitely going to explore legal way im respond of quashing my agreement (confirm booking is also an agreement) so you guys took careful steps while booking this hotel and booking through fabhotels"

"The most most most most hopeless place that I have ever seen and lived in!!! The rooms were extreme dirty with dirty floor and hairs everywhere in the room! The bed sheet pull over and pillow covers were damn dirty, and even after asked for changing, they were dirty too! Toilet seats were broken and the pot was dirty while checking in! Even after asking them to clean it wasn’t ! The staff is totally unprofessional and under guided, doesn’t even have general manners to how to talk to the customers!! The toilet was smelling of urine and because of that the whole room was! Usually guests get 1-2 complimentary water bottles but they have given RO water ! Fine! But RO water was served in “used plastic bottles of kinley and rail neer” which was hopeless ! If the tariffs are low doesn’t mean that they will create such humiliation to the customers! And let me clear here “the tariff was not at all low” for us ! So guys please don’t prefer staying this hotel as it will upset u totally and spoil your trip ! Hopeless!!!!!!!!!!"

"I was disappointed with my recent stay due to several issues. Firstly, there was no toilet paper provided in the washroom, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the AC was not functioning properly, and despite calling room service multiple times to address it, my concerns were not taken seriously. Unfortunately, the service was delayed, and the issue with the AC remained unresolved during my stay. I hope the management can improve these aspects for future guests."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"This small hotel situated in Danish Nagar. I went to meet my friend who was staying at his hotel. They don't have a parking area even for a bike. I'm not much aware by the area so, I parked my bike infront of hotel. Once a man I guess he will be owner scolded me and misbehaved and said don't park here in rudely manner. First time outside of family anyone behaved me like this . This the worst experience I ever faced."

"I somehow missed checking google reviews and trusted Agoda ratings for this hotel. They lived up to their poor ratings. At first they denied checking-in on the already booked tarrif stating the tarrif is too low for their worst class hotel. Kept me waiting for 1 hour and multiple to and fro calls with fab hotels representatives. Then plus one to already called out pan-masala lover, non-professional staff reviews. This is the first time I booked fab hotels and probably the last time as well. Fab hotel is new OYO. After so many problematic reviews they are not able to improve quality of service. Their representative Abbas was repeating bookish definition and was teaching me professionalism. They themselves were not able to resolve the conflicts. Had to pay 2500 for the same room available at 1400 online. Doom to failed. Goodbye Fab hotels."

"The service of the hotel is pathetic....they didn't even gave us the key to lock our room....room was not cleaned before my check in...some bone was present in my dressing table..they unneccessary tortuered us and gave us a room in sixth floor however mostly rooms in the below floor was totally vacant and open...and their lift was upto fpur floor only....when i asked the manager to sort out the matter to lock our room then instead of helping us...she talked to me soo rudely..and asked me to leave the room open and cut the call without my concern....all the reviews here in the fab platform is totally fake....don't go on reviews here if you want to know the actual service of tbis hotel then...chck this hotel review on other platform.....ididn't expected this from fab hotel...this is rediculous...!!!!"

"Pathetic experience Female receptionist is betrayed by agreement after check in One of the key staff head, is arrogant and looks unfavourable after complaints Rooms tiles having scratches all over looks dirty and hairs are all over the floor, after mopping Bathroom door is not steady and open all time They agreed to included gst in the tariff, but argued and charged extra at the time of checkout. They also agreed to include the breakfast in tariff but argued at the time of having it. Very unhygenic and unclean balcony, wrappers, spits, poops etc Moquitoes all over the building and in rooms Charged 30 INR for 1lt of Aquafina water bottle and excluding gst"

"The hotel was too bad. The rooms were always stinky. The staff was very rude. No outside food is allowed in the hotel which is not mentioned anywhere when you book it. They provide you bad facilities and give you stale food. No food hygiene is maintained. Also beware they don't provide you an electric kettle and while checking out they will ask you about the kettle which is available in their kitchen itself. So after your allocation check all the things mentioned on the website."
