The property is excellent with very good food. We had a very good time.

The recpetionist guy Ravi malviya is a rude person. They are bunch of unproffessional running this hotel. Their service is too slow and dont entertaing any kind of requests. Their attitude is rehna hai to rahi varna abhi bhaga die jaoge. I had to stay as I deposited money. But apart from behaviour property was it is a nice property athe washroom were clean which is really important. So my experience was average. I might stay but due to their behaviour towards customer I wont. On top of that really bad breakfast.

Meri check-in timing 12 ki thi room clean nahi tha mujhe 2 bje room diya gaya safai karke, garam paani ki facility nahi hai Very bad service, staff was slow also, koi bhi kaam bolo karte hi nahi.!

Changed property without prior information, Property booked was different and they made to stay in other property.

Very bad experience and service. Even Ac remote was going to be provided. Very dirty room full of insects dirty bed and bathroom, dirty curtains. Staff were very irresponsible. Even for a bottle of water i have to wait for 1 hour. Waited almost 30 mins for checkin. Waited 4-5 hours for Ac remote. Tv was not working. Chair in the room was broken. Bathroom was used and not cleaned. Telephone was not working. No speed control for fan in the room. No parking available here. Very disappointed and feel like waste of money. No complimentary water bottle was provided. They charged for the same.

Already did prepaid booking a week before. Still didnt get room on the day of arrival. They told that the rooms are already filled. They were sending us to another hotel of their orange street. Why would I go to a hotel which I haven't seen in my life. How can I trust an unknown hotel? Pathetic service.

Breakfast was not available in hotel, even there was no restaurant in hotel, wasted my money for booking room with Breakfast

They gave me the room at 5 pm saying that all rooms are full and in other rooms painting is in process

The room was bad, the view was bad, the staff didn’t even care to help us with the luggage. They didn’t have breakfast which was promised by in website and the room’s images were click baits. The view was to a dumpster. Room no was 304 if you wanna check. The bathroom was small, everything was dirty. Actual dirt in the couch. Lights won’t turn on. Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever book FabHotel anymore

I would like to say we go through pictures that u share on site Rooms were horrible it was all broken tiles no window smoking smell suffocating rooms Very bad experience in future I will never ever book the hotel from ur site it was not at all hygienic
