We are regular coustomer in this hotel, feel like home, very safe place for family'

Wifi was not available, toilet was not clean, there were urine stains on the toilet seat, very unhygienic, room walls were dirty, there were termites on the bed and table.ac was off, It got hot midnight and got it on from mcb at 2 am by going to reception because landline was faulty, hot water was not available for bath. Water was cold, I went to reception at 5:30am. And the provided heating rod after 30 min waiting as geyser not working. Pathetic stay overall.

Terrible experience ever. Why are you worsening your name by providing such petty accommodations. There was no soap, hand wash, towel, no hygiene, no ventilation. I didnt even get my complimentary breakfast, provide me the refund of such poor services.
