Truly a very bad experience. where should i start. the rooms were unclean, dirty washrooms, uncordial staff, delayed services, shortage of hot water. basically a nightmare for the guest. the first day itself i had pointed out the problems , the manager had reassured that i would be given a good room but didnt do so. next day i was given a slightly better room but thw problems persisted. towels werw provided late, had to beg the staff to clean the rooms again and again. very laid back attitude of the staff. never booking a fab hotel again
