The first problem is with you. I was denied check in as the property management is having issues with you (Fab). They asked me to call the customer care and inform. They asked me to do so only because you were not answering their call and not settling the transactions. Because of your mismanagement, as I understand in the first hand. In a way they were supportive and respectful with me during this entire process. Later the next day morning, I asked about breakfast as it was included in my package. But, I was informed that no breakfast would be served at hotel. I did not want to go into details and took care of it by myself. I just decided not to book hotels henceforth on fab hotels, at least in near future. Infact, I am dissatisfied with fab.

I chose this hotel considering the location and the brand - fab chain of hotels. Unfortunately, I see the service is very bad from the staff. Inspite calling many times for either water, small issues, etc.; the room service takes 1-2 hrs. While checking out, calling reception to send a person to carry luggage; there was also delay in that. The receptionist simply said there are no people to come and carry luggage although he knew that we are. Checking out in sometime. The staff behaviour is very casual and careless. For anything, they say only sorry and do nothing. I haven't expected such worst experience from fab chain of hotels. Also, considering the room maintenance, room cleaning, receptionist tells that there are very less staff and cleaning couldn't be done when you say. We will do when we have time. Very rude & worst behaviour. Room amenities are present but not maintained like lift isn't working properly, wifi connection is repeatedly fluctuating within 5-10 min, the room bed/sofa aren't cleaned properly during checkin. I request fab chain authorities to check this hotel and do some proper audit so that they don't take advantage of being fab chain and providing service of 1-2 stars. This is a complain or feedback I wanted to give to fab.

Not recommended for families, more than a day's stay for business. Overall it was an unpleasant service experience. Room size and the location are pretty good but the service of the hotel is way below par. I had to change rooms thrice. No hot water, one room service or cleaning will need 5 calls. There was a lot of ruckus on 2nd night where there was literally a fight going on in the corridor for an hour. The reason was that the hotel also owns a dance bar right opposite the guest room corridor. If you are not into these sort of things, then avoid this property.

Rooms are not clean, towels, blanket, bedsheet and pillows are also not clean, no amenities provided as shown when booked. There is no privacy, other rooms sound coming to the room and even own rooms sound clearly audible to nearest room and outdoor. Wrost ever experienced till today I had stayed before. And this is the second time I choose Fab hotel before at first booking at Fab hotel was also rooms are not clean but ok the amenities and other things are good. And this experience caused may be I won't choose Fab hotel anymore. Thank You.

If there were a negative star rating, I would have given it. This is one of the worst properties I have ever seen. All the walls were full of stains, and the pillows and blankets were in horrible condition. The place was full of gutka and cigarette smell I had to cover my nose with a mask the entire night just to sleep. There was no hot water and no proper electrical plugs

This guy Samar or sameer whatever his name is, is a fraud. Just because he wanted a booking, he sent me room photos very neat and clean, but the room provided was the worst. The blankets, bedsheet every thing was dirty. There were beer bottles in our cupboard. Guys whoever is planning to visit any of their hotels, please do not get cheated. Nothing about this hotel was good. Fabhotels are pure fraud.

Water bottle wasnt provided. i was given a smaller room than what i paid for.

This hotel should not be called Fab hotel by any means. It should be called bad hotel. Pro: 1. Location is central. 2. Hot water available. Cons: 1. No parking available in front of the hotel, it's somewhere in the back which needs a bit of navigation to get to. 2. The rooms are stained. Wall paint is chipping out, there are stains everywhere. There a bit of dampness in rooms which can only go away by turning on the air conditioning. 3. Fall ceiling in the bathroom was removed where there was geyser. Again, the walls were chipped. 4. Key cards for many rooms are not working. Physical key need to be used to lock/unlock. 5. The staff is not much helpful. Lot of follow-up is needed to resolve even smallest of issues, many a times they are not solved at all. 6. The restaurant is horrible. It's a bar and has a definite bar vibe all day, even at morning breakfast. It does not feel like a decent family friendly restaurant and has a vibe of a cheap bar shown in movies. 7. Breakfast options are very limited if you opt in for breakfast included room. Everything is cold and dry. 8. Televisions don't work. I will not recommend this hotel for stay unless major changes are done to everything, everywhere!

I have so many complains. Please dont give any good rating to this hotel. The space very untidy, unpleasant and such a wastage of money. They changed my room upon request but later I discovered that room was also untidy. The blanket had stains. The walls have spitting stains. No toilet roll. They advertise them so well that it is easy to get spammed. The pictures of the rooms donot do justice. The rooms are severely small. While taking shower the gieser was also not working. The internet connection was very weak in the new room. I did not feel safe in this hotel. Finally I checked out the 2nd day before my two nights stay was over and wasted my money. It was horrible experience. Their complementarry breakfast was also just one option like Alacarte menu which was annoying. The receptionist lied that they have restaurant but when I called they said there is no restaurant and I have to get food in my room. I started feeling so stuffy in that room that I decided to checkout 24 h earlier although I paid full price

My stay at the Fab Hotel that i booked through MakeMy Trip was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly one female employee, were very rude, and the receptionists appeared unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. The rooms were unhygienic with an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness was poor. Breakfast options were extremely limited, with only one paratha provided, and additional items were charged extra. The room was small, overpriced, and lacked essential amenities such as toiletries, water, and proper cleaning. Despite repeated requests, service remained inadequate. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
