"It was the Worst experience in my life, firstly the hotel has no car parking we had to park in front of some other building and were told to take the car away before 7am of the next morning, the room was full of dirt water seepage of walls, bed sheet were dirty full of hair from the previous customer, the bathroom didn't had hot water when told to the manager he said rudely to keep the water running for 5-10 min hot water will come and then turned his back. Will never recommend fab hotel services to any one and instantly delete the app."

"Pathetic Stay I must stay...there were flies in room,intercom was not working,they even didn't provided me soap,that I went myself and bought from a shop nearby,they even charged for tea,even my breakfast was including.They also denied to provide breakfast as they said we have no kitchen.So i didn't took breakfast and take too that from outside."

"Dirt everywhere. Used linen with dirt and food stain visible in linen. Room and toilet floor with mud. Booked through fabhotel and the picture they shared was totally different from reality. Strangest thing ever happened is key was not given. They have restaurant and do room service. And food was good. Room is good for this budget if maintained well."

"New hotel but what matters most the sheets and pillows had a lot of stains on it and the room was filled with bugs and insects in the morning which was disgusting. Checked in late around 2am so had to stay - A.C wasn’t functioning properly - bed was hard- found it very hard to sleep even after a long haul flight. Stay away from this hotel if you’d like to sleep peacefully"

"Recently booked a deluxe room for my stay here. So called Deluxe room , there was no toilatories, no tissue papers, no tea/ coffee bags, for water bottle one has to ask for,no refrigerator in the room,almirah does have hangers to hang your clothes. No housekeeping to clean your room & do proper bedding everyday during your stay Restaurant totally dark, not a place to sit & relax after your hectic day. Location. Filthy,foul smelling area outside the hotel,very disappointing & nauseating Approach to the hotel from the city. Many cabs refused to drop you there. Not worth staying for your money"

There is a nearby park, perfect for a walk, and several food shops where you can enjoy a Punjabi thali for only 70 INR, offering unlimited servings. The food quality was very good !! Enjoy"

"1. Room was extremely claustrophobic, oddly shaped 2. Room didn't have any dustbin 3. The WC didn't have a Jetspray !!!! Never seen a case like this... There was a bidet spray, but did not work because of the seat cover. A jet spray is a basic hygiene requirement for any hotel. 4. No toilet paper roll provided 5. Water provided only when asked. 6. The room key provided was faulty 7. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust, the bath window was quite high to open and close. 8. The room service person was quite helpful, and cordial, however the overall standards of the hotel should improve in terms of basic amenities which need to be provided to customers. 9. The location is quite scary for a single woman to reach, although nothing can be done about this, but please guide the guests to take the safer road to reach the hotel, unlike what Google suggests. 10. Also your auto answering Phone number doesn't give many options, if I need to directly talk to a representative to address my doubts about check-in. 11. The bedsheet from the underside which was tucked in has brownish stains and didn't look very hygienic. 12. Hotel doesn't have a stair 13. The staircase steps are quite steep and weirdly designed. Hope these inputs are taken note of and some improvements are made to the existing setup."
