FabHotel B Zone
I am a Senior citizen, having stayed in many hotels, and when I stayed in B Zone, a couple of years back, I realised that this hotel was miles superior to its contemporaries. It leaves its rivals in the Hospitality sector far far behind in the classy amenities that it offers. Superb cleanliness..... Place is exceptionally spic and span. Superb furnishing. A pleasing and aesthetic finish to the interiors. Polite and helpful staff. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast that keeps you going till late afternoon. An owner who calls to enquire if you are comfortable. Located in an idyllic, quiet, but sophisticated area . Located in a place where any important office / bank / resturant can be reached in a matter of minutes. And ALL this at a very modest Tariff of Rs 3000 /-. And my each stay seems to be better than the previous one. This is my kind of place, and will ever, ever be my place to go to in Chennai. I wish the marvelous owners all the very best. Booked a primium room with bathtub and they had given us deluxe room with a cheap category. Do not trust online booking.they all are just scam and when you complain they will reply to that we are not committed to give what you booked.
FabHotel Sri Krishna Residency
FAB Hotel is a fake company. When you book a hotel on their website, their customer service officers will call you and force you to pay in advance. Since the rules and regulations of FAB Hotel Management and the hotels attached to them are different, we will have arguments with the hotel reception officials. The hotel we were staying at, Sri Krishna Residency, Nanganallur, had no lights, phones, or TVs working throughout the night. Only hot water came in the bathroom for a whole day, normal water didn't come the whole day we stayed. Despite contacting FAB Hotel customer service 42 times regarding all these issues, they have not spoken to us. Instead, they are working on new room bookings and forcing us to pay the deposit.

⭐ Worst Hotel Experience – FabExpress B Zone ⭐ This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. My stay on 21.01.2026 was extremely disappointing. Worst maintenance – the room and premises were poorly maintained. Not clean at all – hygiene standards are unacceptable. Worst staff behavior – rude, unprofessional, and least bothered about guests. Breakfast issue – breakfast was served from outside food, not freshly prepared. The most shocking part: When I asked for idlis, they served two and took one back after serving. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and insulting to guests. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. ❌ Do not come here. Do not stay here. I strongly suggest choosing any other hotel instead of FabExpress B Zone. Highly dissatisfied and not recommended at all.
FabHotel B Zone
Very poor service no working TV no hot water cattle. No toiletries Room was full of dirt...very old and tore bedsheet. Ac was also not working. Never expected this type of room service from Fab hotel platform. They have shown balcony on website but not provided. Fab hotel Authority should take action against this property owner. They will ruin name of Fab...overall pathetic stay
FabHotel P.A.S Residency
My stay at the Fab Hotel yesterday was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in a very bad condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the basic standards I expected. This is honestly the worst room I have stayed in so far. The cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep were unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the condition of the rooms immediately.. very horrifying rooms ever been .odd smells, liquid marks on bed .non responsive customer care dumps.
FabExpress P.A.S Residency
Horrible Booking experience, After making the FULL paytment on your website, I did NOT get any "Confirmation or BOOKING ID" even after amount was deducted from my Credit Card. I had to call 15 times, painstakingly after explaining to many people, I was repeatedly asked for the BOOKING ID, One person keeps on sending whatsapp messages asking me to pay "again" for the same stay, Another person keeps on sending emails also asking me to pay, even after sending screen shot of payment made, I got response "booking CANCELLED" AGAIN SOMEONE on whatsapp "ROYARUMITA490" 9289770237 says "from fabhotels Sir, if you have already paid...pls share screenshot with transaction id..." after sharing screen shot of payment made, she messaged "yes you have booked... Then again I got the email from "Dev Negi, Customer Delight Officer" as shared bellow !!! Believing this email, I went to The Hotel, To continue my disappointment I was informed That there is NO BOOKING in my Name ??? again I had to call THREE times from The Hotel and spoke to Poonam who asked me to BOOK again and adjusted my payment of 1277 and asked me to Pay an EXTRA 102, being the difference amount for "PAY AT HOTEL" I had paid 1277 as FULL PAYMENT FOR PAYING ONLINE WHILE MAKING THE BOOKING. So I had to make over 18 calls to 7042424242, many whatsapp messages to 9289770237, several emails to feedback@fabhotels.com and STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAT ONE HOUR AT THE HOTEL, AND FINALLY PAID EXTRA 102 AND THEN GOT MY STAY. BOOKING MY STAY WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
