Rooms are good neat and clean value of money staff are good I refer my friends also
It was a good and pleasant stay and the staff were also very well mannered
I selected this hotel for a reason, but my experience was disappointing. One clear suggestion from my side: do not choose this hotel for a family stay. It may be manageable if you are alone and have no other option. The front desk staffs behaviour was not up to the expected standard, and the hospitality support was very poor. No one even came to show us the room. Basic amenities were not provided unless we asked repeatedlysoap and the toiletry kit were given only after requesting, and the same happened with the water bottles. I had booked the package including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, the service was not appropriate for three guests. Initially, they served only one plate for all three of us and asked us to share. Even after explaining that we had booked for a family, they provided proper service only after repeated requests. Lunch was similar. For dinner, they asked our food preference, but after we shared it, they served only three chapatis and one paneer gravy for three guests. Again, they provided additional food only after we asked. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this hotel for families.
Floor covered with lots of human hair..room not cleaned properly
There was no breakfast
To begin with, while checking in, the staff refused to accept the rates quoted on the website, which was 1600 and instead charged 2500. Secondly, the rooms were not even worth the 1600. The entire room was stinking and the trash from the previous occupants were not even cleared. The floor was sticky both in the rooms and bathroom. The spring mattress was visibly worn out and damaged and had sunk in the middle. Furniture were creaky. There were cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. The TV was not working and the STB was not even mounted, it was just hanging by the wires. Need to appreciate the audacity they had to charge 2500 for this room, let alone 1600. Overall, highly recommend not to go here at all. Definitely not worth. Worst experience ever. Never considering Fabhotels ever again. They should probably shut shop if they cant guarantee a minimum experience for their customers.
We had booked a couple of rooms for a marriage function, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. There was no proper water supply, which caused a lot of inconvenience for all the guests. Such basic facilities were not managed, leaving us extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommended for staying during important occasion.
# Hotel staff bad behaviour # Don't book this hotel I had booked 3 rooms through FabHotels for 8 members, with advance payment made well in advance. However, when we arrived at the hotel late at night—after travelling all the way from Chennai Central and spending ₹2000 on an Ola cab—we were shocked to hear from the hotel owner that no rooms were available. This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We were left stranded on the road at midnight, with no help or alternative provided by the hotel staff. Imagine 8 people, including elderly members, standing outside in the dark, exhausted and helpless. Despite confirming the booking and payment, the hotel had no sense of responsibility. This is not just poor management—this is fraud. Shame on this hotel and FabHotels for ruining our night and putting us at risk. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. Don’t trust the online booking—you might be left on the street like us.
I booked 3 rooms for one night for guests who were coming for an event in Chennai. The service was horrible and the stay was an absolute nightmare. My guest had to leave the room in the morning before 6 to attend the event, but there was no water supply in the room, when they asked the receptionist he was very irritated because they woke him up from his sleep and he refused to switch on the motor, he said he would do it only when he feels like it. When asked for the manager's number to complain he behaved as if he were the manager and replied I do not care go ahead and complain to whoever you want. He was scarring my guest and they felt very unsafe to talk with him further. Besides that, even the rooms were worse. Eventually, they had to miss the event because of him. Please do not ever reserve your booking in this hotel EVER.
