The staff at the reception said that there were no rooms available, while leaving they said it might be available, they put me in lot of confusion, when i asked them why is it not available if i made a reservation, they behaved very rudely to me and demanded extra money if i wanted room. i finally left looking for other hotels.

Room is full of cobwebs, no toiletries, no towels, as a part my breakfast, they didn't not provide me one day out of my 4 nights stay, they charged early check in charges for 2 hours prior,no water from taps, total experience is very pathetic,

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here
