Booking through Fab Hotels of the Serviced Apartment is a nightmare. I wanted to change the arrival time and get in touch with the Facility. The phone number given is that of a Call Centre. I contacted on 18th July twice and on 19th, SEVEN TIMES and twice even after I landed in Chennai. It was the same on all occasions - the IVR will say for contacting the Reception dial 6, the reply is, "our team will contact you soon" and disconnected. Even after 9 attempts to contact, nobody from Fab Hotel (perhaps an aggregator) ever replied. I had to manage with the Hotel for early arrival after a discussion. And regarding the Tree Service Apartment, rooms are comfortable, easily accessible and a little off the main roads. Service is satisfactory. NO food is available. When the Attendants bring food or coffee, the rates are exorbitant (compared to the Area and nearby Hotels). General maintenance is Average. The whole experience was awful. I can only give TWO Stars. **

To begin with, while checking in, the staff refused to accept the rates quoted on the website, which was 1600 and instead charged 2500. Secondly, the rooms were not even worth the 1600. The entire room was stinking and the trash from the previous occupants were not even cleared. The floor was sticky both in the rooms and bathroom. The spring mattress was visibly worn out and damaged and had sunk in the middle. Furniture were creaky. There were cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. The TV was not working and the STB was not even mounted, it was just hanging by the wires. Need to appreciate the audacity they had to charge 2500 for this room, let alone 1600. Overall, highly recommend not to go here at all. Definitely not worth. Worst experience ever. Never considering Fabhotels ever again. They should probably shut shop if they cant guarantee a minimum experience for their customers.

We had booked a couple of rooms for a marriage function, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. There was no proper water supply, which caused a lot of inconvenience for all the guests. Such basic facilities were not managed, leaving us extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommended for staying during important occasion.

However, when we arrived at the hotel late at night—after travelling all the way from Chennai Central and spending ₹2000 on an Ola cab—we were shocked to hear from the hotel owner that no rooms were available. This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We were left stranded on the road at midnight, with no help or alternative provided by the hotel staff. Imagine 8 people, including elderly members, standing outside in the dark, exhausted and helpless. Despite confirming the booking and payment, the hotel had no sense of responsibility. This is not just poor management—this is fraud. Shame on this hotel and FabHotels for ruining our night and putting us at risk. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. Don’t trust the online booking—you might be left on the street like us.

Booked the hotel for 3 days, full payment was made. On reaching, a very dirty smelly room was alloted. AC was not working. They gave excuse that it was set at 25° at every room for guest's convenience and despite repeated requests did nothing. It was impossible to stay in that room in the burning heat so much so that we had to move out in a few hours. While moving out, they requested not to give bad review and assured a refund for the rest 2 days but when enquired today about the same, not only did they deny it claiming it was under the purview of fab hotels only but also misbehaved with us. Worst possible hotel experience till now.

I am giving 1 star because giving zero star isn't possible. Bad rooms and worst behaviour of receptionist. They deceive with request not to give bad remarks and refund the rest money. Scam tourists and harass them. Then fab hotels ask us to give photo of stinky and smelly room. Misleading pictures.
