Ambience was awsome and yes food was delicious and had a great variety which was really woww for me.

Hospitality, cleanliness, wide spread of lip smacking breakfast, amenities, ever smiling & helpful staff.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

While the booking & check-in experience was great , the rooms were okay. Bathroom exhaust was not working No coffee machine in the room. There was TV in the room but it was not getting connected to the Wi-Fi. No back up for Wi-Fi - when power goes out Wi-Fi goes out too. Had a 15 min power outage at night.. called reception thrice but no response Went downstairs and had to wake up the person available to get the issue fixed Restaurant services are available till 11 pm and they serve good food

Experience was average… room and washroom were clean and staff was cooperative but room condition wasn’t good paint treated, towel was very old and in bad condition, room intercom wasn’t working, breakfast has limited menu out of which only one item was available rest were not even available

Rooms are not upto the mark, as shown in pictures, lord if maintenance required in the room. Not cleaned properly, room phone was full of dust when we checked in. Air conditioner don't have remote, no temperature control system to keep the temperature as per guest requirement. Though service staff was trying to do there best. Overall hotel is ok, not recommended for family and below average.

Worst fab hotel stay ever. Previously I had booked fab hotel stay with good experience. But after this present booking I will not book at fab hotels anymore. What rooms and amenities promised via hotel photos before booking was not there. All rust and non working taps in bathroom. Commode is dirty with no cleaning. Bedcover and pillow cover all are dirty as if everything in dilapidated condition.

Absolutely Disgusting & Unsafe – A Health Hazard, Not a Hotel I was initially given a room that was filthy, reeking of cigarette smoke, and in no condition to be offered to any guest. When I requested a change, the nightmare only deepened. The new room had bedsheets visibly stained with what appeared to be human body fluids. Upon requesting a mattress change, I was horrified to discover that the mattress underneath was stained with blood and other bodily fluids — a revolting and traumatic sight. The washroom was equally unsanitary, and the curtains were marked with gutka stains and spit. It genuinely felt like a serious health risk just to lie down on the bed. This place is not at all suitable for families — in fact, I’d question whether it’s safe for anyone. I immediately checked out of the hotel, and to add insult to injury, my refund is still pending. If you value hygiene, safety, and basic human dignity — avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Very bad experience...The room was very dirty, the bed was also useless, I could not muster the courage to take it on myself, there was so much bad smell, water was dripping from the AC, the washroom was not clean, there were no towels.
