As reached the hotel i asked to put my luggage to my room as hotel is on first floor the manager aggressively said that's not my duty and we don't have a staff for this i took my luggage with my family and children after this i asked for a car parking they didn't managed and tell me to park anywhere at your own risk i parked the car 500 meter away with 300 as a parking charges after this there was no drinking water, toliteries (shower gel and soap), no towels and when i asked first they said we'll be sending it to room they didn't send it till the check out even asking for many times for towels he said laundry man is absent for toiletries clearly ignored and for water he said our purifier is not working hence we'll provide you packaged bisleri bottle with extra charge and they provide me local brand aquavelley water and took 30 rupees more than printed on it, in the evening i asked for complimentary breakfast as it was included in the package first they said i'll manage in the morning and in morning they said we don't have a kitchen we cannot provide you and cannot give you a breakfast refund room was full of spidernets washroom was smelling very bad even the washroom window was broken and the exhaust fan was fitted towards inside side of washroom due that much of suffocation and bad smell we're unable to use washroom also the was not cooling properly and was in a broken condition the ac wire were in a open situation where someone can get shocked if it will be touched mistakenly i manage very difficulty with my kids due to this mistake and didn't even taped those open wires the rooms windows were broken due to this whole night outside traffic disturb us, everywhere was mentioned no smoking zone if found penalty would be 2000 but the whole hotel staff was smoking everywhere through which a bad ciggerate smell was coming and it was difficult to move out with such atmosphere. i suggest you to remove this hotel from your business and i want full refund along with breakfast inclusions. worst hotel worst services worst staff
