    "No toiletries. No blankets. Duvet cover was used as bed sheets. 1 towel and 2 pillows for 3 people. Extremely noisey. Broken furniture. No housekeeping. No lift and no staff to help with the luggage. Dirty old rooms with cobwebs. No bedside table or fridge or any table to have food. Broken tiles in the swimming pool. My daughter cut her toe because of that. Furniture was placed in such a manner that we could only open 1 side of the cupboard. When we arrived we were told the hotel was full and that we didn't have a reservation. The staff who was wearing a cap was very rude and uncooperative and didn't give us a proper explanation. We did get the rooms in the end after so much hassle and having to wait in the heat after travelling all night. Even 1 star hotels have better standards. Food was left out in the corridor for hours and there were stray cats meowing outside our room which was on the 2nd floor. There was even a dog outside our room on 1 occasion. There was water leaking on the corridor floor. This was the worst experience I've had in the 25 years I have been travelling and it is my first and last experience with fab hotels for sure so u can take back the fab credits as I will never stay at fab hotels and will ensure to tell everyone I know, about my experience. It was the worst hotel ever and the experience was made worse by the uncourteousness and lack of interest of the staff, especially the man wearing the cap. I wouldnt stay even if I was paid to."

    "Zero Stars - Worst Nightmare of a Hotel Stay in Goa I recently booked a stay through Agoda, and it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. My family and I checked into this low-cost OYO property in Goa late at night, expecting a decent stay, but it was an absolute nightmare. The photos on Agoda were completely misleading – the reality was nothing like what was advertised. The rooms were in terrible condition, with dirty sheets, a filthy bathroom, and a complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness. We felt so uncomfortable that we skipped breakfast and immediately left for our next destination. I’ve attached photos to show just how bad it was. This property was nothing short of a scam, and I am requesting a full refund for this terrible experience. If Agoda fails to address this issue, I will be filing a formal complaint with the consumer court. I strongly advise anyone considering this property or booking through Agoda to think twice. Spend a little more to stay somewhere that values cleanliness, honesty, and guest comfort. This was an appalling experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone."

Weather night lamp is available or not. No connectivity in restaurant in early morning. Lift was not working the day when I visited, but was not repaired till I check off after 2 days."

    "Would give it zero stars if I could. There were literal mushrooms growing out of the wall and the floor. I’ve never seen such a sight. The bedsheets and blanket had massive stains on it “that couldn’t be removed by wash” apparently lol. We felt itchy simply after sitting on the bed. The toilet seat was not cleaned. There were a lot of bugs in the room. The ceiling was moldy and cracking off. Didn’t even take pictures of these things because it was too gross to be visible in my gallery. There’s also no cell service in the room. We ended up leaving in under an hour after check in, in the middle of the night, to find another place even though we were denied a refund. Save yourself the trouble and skip this destination in south goa. (Update: The response from owner is hilarious, I welcome anyone to go check out the hotel themselves for evidence.)"

    "Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here! I recently stayed at this hotel and had the worst experience imaginable. First of all, while walking with our daughter, stray dogs ran after her, and not a single staff member cared to assist. The lack of concern for guest safety was appalling. The room itself was a complete disaster. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets were dirty, and no new bedsheets or pillows were provided. The pillow covers were torn, and the entire room smelled of dust and neglect. When we requested a fresh bedsheet, the staff had the audacity to argue with us, claiming they didn’t have enough helpers to meet our needs. The overall service was disgraceful, and the staff were rude and dismissive. If you value your comfort, safety, and basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Don’t waste your money here!"

    "The images and reviews on Fabhotels website were incredibly misleading. In images, the rooms look light and spacious however in person, they are dark, dingy and in need of good clean and lick of paint. The building had a strong astringent smell, marked by one of a staff spraying febreeze/oust to cover as he was showing us around. The staff were perfectly friendly, but the hotel really is not that nice. To top it off I saw a pretty big rat in the corridor just before bed. Pretty sleepless night for me. Vasco da gama is not spoilt for choice with places to stay but you would do well to avoid this one."

    "1.Hotel staff is not treating properly at all. 2.Rented scooty for 500 rs per day From same hotel. They initially charges us for 3 days and asked us to return scooty at maximum 110clock. We reached 12 o clock. They charged us for whole day . And considered no request of partial payment in return. Owner is not understanding at all. Guy who commited for the timing of return lied on our faces.! Pathetic experience. ! 3. Breakfast was included in our bookings. I showed the guy twice in my booking. Still asking owner to give breakfast to us. (Which is only tea and roasted bread. ) 4. One good thing as committed they arranged for our airport travel back."

When I went there was no hotel like that and when I called one guy came to pick me up in scooter and took to a lodge somewhere inside The room was nothing like in photos. No water in the washroom. Vasco railwaystation is nearby, for exploring we can rent bikes. Rental bikes also available outside vasco railwaystation.     "The first thing the hotel staff lady said to me when I walked in was "You only paid 12k so don't expect a good room." While I was certainly not expecting a luxury experience, I was shocked that any hotel staff would say this to a guest. The room itself was obviously old and not clean at all. The shower did not work at all. The bed was not very clean. Luckily the AC worked. The room did not look at all like the picture. Thankfully I only stayed there one night but it was a very disappointing experience."

    "1).Eventhough I informed the Fab Hotel ph.No. 7042424242 and agreed in phone for early checkin (gobibo avialable mobile no), the Hotel receptionist not accepted my early check in. The fab hotels customer care said that you have no problem for one hour early checkin, but the hotel receptionist said that we have no rooms. Eventhough the fab hotels customer care personal talked with the receptionist they are not allotted the room untill checkin time. After one hour waiting in the lobby, hotel receptionist privided the room at 11-50 AM. 2). We stayed for 2 days and provided only one water bottle. For the extra water bottle they charged 32 rupees, eventhough the MRP is 20/-. 3. The Room is Satisfactory. I am giving this rating for the hotel mangement and hosiptality only."

    "The lift wasn’t working and the reception people did not even help us get our luggage to our rooms. First they offered us 3rd floor and we requested for 1st because we had luggage. For every little query, for example the glasses in the rooms were extremely dirty and I asked him to change it, he had to call the lady (no idea if she is a manager or what but she did not greet us once and kept talking over phone). Now the rooms, one of the dirtiest hotels ever. There was little to no water to take a shower, the ceiling just above the toilet commode looked like it will fall any day now. The beds had spider webs. Overall, we were forced to come here due to us being stuck in floods in our previous hotel. The charge is 2k per night which is not worth it. I would pay like 500 for the room and hotel condition."
