Maintance should be necessary, renovation and painting should be done, pest control should be done at regular intervals, the sofa set should be cleaned thoroughly, lights in rooms should be checked. weather night lamp is available or not. no connectivity in restaurant in early morning. lift was not working the day when i visited, but was not repaired till i check off after 2 days.

It’s a very good hotel. i liked its location and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. the swimming pool was clean. the behavior of the entire staff was very good. if i ever come to goa, i will stay in this hotel and i will also tell my friends that whenever they come to goa, they should definitely visit this hotel

Would give it zero stars if i could. there were literal mushrooms growing out of the wall and the floor. i’ve never seen such a sight. the bedsheets and blanket had massive stains on it “that couldn’t be removed by wash” apparently lol. we felt itchy simply after sitting on the bed. the toilet seat was not cleaned. there were a lot of bugs in the room. the ceiling was moldy and cracking off. didn’t even take pictures of these things because it was too gross to be visible in my gallery. there’s also no cell service in the room. we ended up leaving in under an hour after check in, in the middle of the night, to find another place even though we were denied a refund. save yourself the trouble and skip this destination in south goa.
(update: the response from owner is hilarious, i welcome anyone to go check out the hotel themselves for evidence.)

very tasty food everyday. tried so many places in goa for food but the inhouse kitchen of ocean view apartments is very good and clean.
