Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious and well-maintained, giving a relaxing home-like vibe. The food was one of the highlights — they serve delicious home-style Telugu meals along with tasty continental options, which made us feel right at home. The AC worked perfectly, and the best part is that the hotel is just a short walk from the beach, making it an ideal location for a peaceful vacation. The location of the property was great . It was easy to excess & was far from the crowded area . Parking of car was available. Over all food , ambiance & service was great. Love to visit again with family.

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

the bed was comfortable. room was clean and well organised. the bathroom was clean.

Location was good considering connectivity. Rooms were not that great. Bedsheets were stained, not clean. And doesn't work at night. Staff was co operative. Allowed early check in.
