We stayed in this hotel from 13/08/25 for six days. Location is very prominent. Rooms are big in size and cross ventilation. All needful things available in room. Service is outstanding. Best food in their restaurant. Owner and staff members are very friendly and helpfull.

Nice location, good and clean rooms at affordable prices and the best part is that they have a swimming pool and restaurant too that serves yummy food and does room service as well. I was traveling with my baby and asked for baby food to be prepared that was also done very nicely by them. A big thumbs up to the entire team of ocean view hotel. Definitely coming back again.

Pros: + Room alloted was spacious (400 sq ft) including the bathroom. + Good ventilation. French door opening was on the east side. + Food served was tasty and delightful. + Hotel also had a swimming pool which is well maintained, and it was both fun and delight to have a swim. Cons: - AC in the room was not functioning, and it was not repaired even after complaining about the same. It was troublesome to keep following up with the hotel staff to address the issue and unpleasant to manage our stay only with the fan and to keep the windows open throughout our stay. - Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, another unpleasant issue with our room. - No mirror provided in the room except the one given in the bathroom. How often could we go inside and get our clothes wet due to wet-floor. There has to be one more in the living room or attached with the wardrobe. - Road works near the hotel made accessibility to the hotel bit difficult. - Hotel is located quite from the main beaches, the nearest one being at least 5 km. We had to spend more on the local transport (taxi) for visiting various sight seeing places. Hotel should offer Rooms at better tariffs (discounts) to atteact customers.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Bathroom door doesn't locked. Fan works only on single speed. Condition of walls is pathetic....seepage on walls. Room has very bad smell. Switches and sockets of doesnt works. This is worst hotel of Goa and shall be least rated hotel on Google.

Would give it zero stars if I could. There were literal mushrooms growing out of the wall and the floor. I’ve never seen such a sight. The bedsheets and blanket had massive stains on it “that couldn’t be removed by wash” apparently lol. We felt itchy simply after sitting on the bed. The toilet seat was not cleaned. There were a lot of bugs in the room. The ceiling was moldy and cracking off. Didn’t even take pictures of these things because it was too gross to be visible in my gallery. There’s also no cell service in the room. We ended up leaving in under an hour after check in, in the middle of the night, to find another place even though we were denied a refund. Save yourself the trouble and skip this destination in south goa. (Update: The response from owner is hilarious, I welcome anyone to go check out the hotel themselves for evidence.)

I booked today's for me and my family, first day was nightmare with other room tourists. They kept dj sounds till morning, I requested hotel staff to reduce the volume or stop the music, interesting thing is they joined with them and whole night with dj sounds and drinking. Morning unable to attend important conference due to severe headache. Even my family members also faced same problem.I rised complaint next day early morning, they didn't take action.No hot water, no handwash, even not wearing masks then how can expect covid safety protocol which they are highlighting on fabhotel site. Very worest hotel, very bad smelling in rooms.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Rooms are filthy and rennovations are still happening. There is zero room service or cleaning happening. Stayed for 2 days but nobody bothered to pick the food plates even after keeping it outside. Food is grossly expensive and not upto the mark. Tawa Paratha had not heated properly, POHA was very dry. For the rate, its not worth it but is very close to airport

It is a Flat of 2BHK. Nice View of Greenery. Fully furnished. The food at Restaurant was good. But they don't have proper policy or system for complimentary Breakfast / Dinner. Staff were polite and understanding. The Beds are worn out. My Flat (C201) the Sofa is dirty and cushion gone. My colleague flat Geyser, current was passing. Be careful. Presently the approachable Road is bad, it is get good over the time. It is 7 Kms from Dabolim Airport.
