I recently stayed at Fab Grand Royal Palms, Goa, and had a wonderful experience. I had accidentally left behind my essential card holder wallet, and thanks to the honesty and kindness of the receptionist, it was safely returned to me. Despite my offer to thank her with a reward, she politely refused, saying it was her duty and that she was happy to serve. I truly appreciate her honesty, professionalism, and dedication. Such integrity speaks volumes about the excellent service standards of the hotel. Thank you for making my stay memorable and worry-free!

Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

My stay at this hotel had both positive and challenging aspects. While the room itself was a suite and quite spacious, I was given a room in a separate building about 250 to 300 meters away from the main hotel, which was unexpected. This may not be the case for everyone, but it was my experience. One challenge was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. The mini-fridge in the room was not functioning, and there were no bed lamps. Additionally, the TV was not working, and the bathroom had drainage issues, causing water to accumulate after a shower. Drinking water was not provided in the room, and even at breakfast, a water bottle had to be purchased separately. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, with Upma, Poha, and Bread Omelet included, while other items were available at an additional cost. Additionally, both breakfast and access to the swimming pool required traveling to the main hotel, which could be inconvenient for some guests. There was also no safe locker in the room to store valuable items, which could be a concern for travelers carrying important belongings. Additionally, the room had a connecting balcony, which might not be ideal for newly married couples or guests looking for more privacy. On a positive note, the room had a small mini-kitchen, which was a nice addition, although it lacked cooking equipment. The highlight of my stay was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile, which made the experience much better. Their hospitality is the reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars. I appreciate their efforts, and with some improvements to the facilities, the overall experience could be much better.

I came for honeymoon but we had a worst experience. Better spend more money at other hotel and have peaceful service because no one is bothered about customer even after requesting.. we had to call 2 to 3 people for requesting each and everything. This hotel has a small reception where only a girl is sitting, talking continuously on her phone and most of the time she is not available at the desk, one time she passed by us talking on phone and went somewhere; they have their main reception on other hotel which on 2 min away, so we have to call there because this desk girl is not available anytime. Here there are too much mosquitoes, after requesting for 4 times, receptionist said to take by ourself and from tomorrow they will provide. Even the fridge is not working properly. They have broken regulator for fan. For room cleaning, we had to request. We went down in reception, that girl was again absent on desk so we had to write the request on one small paper. When we came in evening, they cleaned the room but tables were not cleaned and dustbin bags were not changed. We had no place to keep our other wastes.
