I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Prestige fab hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Simple hotel without any frills, not very expensive. Parking space available in the lane.

All the hotel facilities are good. Price is also reasonable But a little outside of main city. Overall it's good for staying.

Very bad facilities. The rooms are not cleaned, the bed sheets are not washed. I stayed for 6 days but got bored and the TV is not working.

I booked the family room well in advance. Place loooked clean when we arrived.But there where small cockroches moving around the place at night. No tissues, kettle , tea bags and water...we had to ask for all these , rather it had to be in the room.No body came to clean the room in our 3 days stay .Bathroom was old and the door of the bathroom was in bad state. 5k per day is not worth for such stay ..just worth 1k .

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL THAT IS 3.5KM. FULL OF FRAUDSTERS WHO WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Made booking via booking.com and paid full Rs. 8,002.55 for 4 nights. Went to check in and was told that they don't accept online bookings and don't work work booking.com. But as a goodwill gesture can 'upgrade' our stay and put us in another hotel 3.5km away. So wait - so you did have the booking and have received the booking money, but didn't want to check us in at the hotel? Make it make sense!!!! We chose this hotel due to its proximity to work. Worst service and BS excuses.

DISGUSTING HOTEL TOTAL FRAUD NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE This hotel is an absolute fraud and should not be allowed to operate. I paid 4,600 per night for 3 days (30 Dec 2025 to 2 Jan 2026) and received nothing except stress, harassment, and filthy conditions. The room was dirty, unhygienic, and unacceptable. The bed was not prepared, bedsheets were dirty, no towels were provided, and the bathroom had no hot water. There were no tissues, no spray, no basic toiletries, and poor lighting that made the room uncomfortable and unsafe. Trying to contact the reception is pointlessthey never answer calls. When we went to the reception, the staff ignored us and behaved aggressively, showing complete lack of professionalism and basic manners. Breakfast was included in the booking, but the hotel flatly refused to give breakfast. They have only one useless menu option, which they shamelessly call breakfast. During the entire 3-day stay, not even once was the room cleaned, despite repeated requests. The hotel staff simply does not care about guests. This place is NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES. The environment is shady, poorly managed, and feels unsafe. It looks like unprofessional and questionable activities are running inside this hotel. This is not a hotel it is a money-looting trap. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You will waste your money and ruin your stay.

They are frauds, dont pay any amount for booking conformation. In my case just after paying booking confirmations amount they cancelled my booking siting that the property is under management and cannot accommodate me. When asked for refund they are not responding.

The most disgusting place to stay in goa. oyo rooms would be a better choice for you rather than this hell hole. The staff were arrogant and not helpful at all. The owner instead of questioning her staff was questioning her guests and said “i will get your bags thrown out of the rooms”. they took all of our money and we only stayed for not even 24 hours. 20,000 has been charged by them. No refund has been initiated. We were waiting for hours and left our work to come and resolve this issue. The rooms are unhygienic and maintained very poorly. The rooms were musky and damp. Towels and bedsheets had yellow stains. There is no lift and food services. No assistance. The rooms were completely different than the pictures displayed on the site. The owner and her staff were extremely disrespectful and mean. Another thing the owner said was that it is not “fab hotel”. Then why does it say fab hotel on google maps?? Worst stay of our life.
