    "The hotel unit was good. But Fab hotels was awful. I was called last minute before check in that the hotel I had confirmed pre-paid reservation was not available because of a guest extending stay. Really? When did Fab hotels give the right to any guest extending stay when they had no reservation and asking a guest with reservation to move to another property? Ok think it's a case of complete mismanagement or corporate greed where they move guests to under occupied properties to make money. It's an unfair trade practice. And the lady who called still pretending that the alternate property is an upgrade. Booking.com called out the bluff where the new property was much more poorly rated than the hotel with the primary reservation. What clever ways to cheat prepaid customers."

I think the chef hy changed food quality has gone done. Reception guys who checked in was great.even all the people whom I interacted was amazing. But the room service guys need to trained how to interact with guest. Way down as compared to reception staff."
