Had a fantastic stay at FabHotel Singh Suite, DLF Phase 3. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service — polite, prompt, and always helpful. The location is convenient, close to key spots in Gurgaon, though a bit more signage outside would help. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Great value for money!

I recently stayed at Fab Hotel Rivlet and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff were courteous and very helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently disconnected, making it difficult to work or stream anything online. Additionally, the geyser in the bathroom was not functioning properly, which made it challenging to get hot water for showers, especially in the cooler mornings. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was good, and I would consider staying here again if these issues were addressed.

Dirty water supply in the entire washroom & no one cared about keeping common things in the washroom for my long stay.In a busy business trip, people don't even get time to talk much with hotel staff, common thinghs should be managed by them properly

Location good but rooms maintanence is very poor. You should visit once, what they are offering us before giving to us. Its not that you will have some commission and done. Thus you will loose business. But i must say people are very good.

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.

Had the worst experience of my life here. Only book this place if you are short on time and hsve absolutely run out of all options and don't have the time to search either. Don't even bother looking at the pictures posted here because they must be really old. I come back from office at 9pm and the whole room is infested with cockroaches, the couch looks like it has never in its life been cleaned, the curtains are torn and the road infront. Is always waterlogged! Everything was broken, the socket, the geyser and even the walls. Absolutely my WORST STAY. Never make the full payment before checking the condition. The receptionst was especially rude. The staff were nice but the receptionist. Geez.

I had booked the hotel for 1 night. I checked in in the evening. Firstly, there is no board or signage to help guests locate the hotel. Anyways, I checked in and took a room on 2nd floor. Mind it there is no lift. When I got inside the room, it was very poorly maintained. Bathroom had spots around the wall. Also, there is construction going on, you don’t see guards. It just feels unsafe! You guys really need to improve on quality. Even though I had booked and paid the full amount, i checked out immediately. I will never recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The rooms and toilets were very unclean, and the bed sheets and towels were in poor condition. There was also a strong cigarette smell throughout the room, making it absolutely unsuitable for a family stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of very poor quality. Though the booking was made for 2 nights, had no choice but to vacate the hotel this morning and move to another accommodation. Kindly cancel the remaining one night stay. We request you to initiate a refund for the unused night at the earliest.
