Had a fantastic stay at FabHotel Singh Suite, DLF Phase 3. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service — polite, prompt, and always helpful. The location is convenient, close to key spots in Gurgaon, though a bit more signage outside would help. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Great value for money!

Location good but rooms maintanence is very poor. You should visit once, what they are offering us before giving to us. Its not that you will have some commission and done. Thus you will loose business. But i must say people are very good.

Had the worst experience of my life here. Only book this place if you are short on time and hsve absolutely run out of all options and don't have the time to search either. Don't even bother looking at the pictures posted here because they must be really old. I come back from office at 9pm and the whole room is infested with cockroaches, the couch looks like it has never in its life been cleaned, the curtains are torn and the road infront. Is always waterlogged! Everything was broken, the socket, the geyser and even the walls. Absolutely my WORST STAY. Never make the full payment before checking the condition. The receptionst was especially rude. The staff were nice but the receptionist. Geez.

The room was pathetic, and the service was equally disappointing. There was a strong smell of moisture in everything. I made a terrible mistake by paying the entire booking amount through FabHotels. If I had known, I would have definitely avoided this hotel. When I asked to change rooms, the staff informed me that there were no vacant rooms available.

Very poor staff . Nobody is visiting their hotel so if by chance you go there they will start asking money for everything . 500 per peson for early stay . Extra money for dental kit extra money for towel . Staf is very very rude they dont know how to talk to their guest . Guy named akash was speaking very badly and gave a very bad treatment till the very end.please never book them

Broken door locks in some rooms Poor hygiene and cleanliness Insufficient staff The housekeeping staff member responsible for cleaning the washroom was also making beds Dont go on the pictures uploaded on google by them. No nearby restaurant options Receptionist was unhelpful and charged for everything
