The rooms are spacious with balcony and sufficient sunlight. The building needed some painting from inside though. Otherwise stay was comfortable.

No fab hotels board, bedsheets, pillow cover, towels were dirty

There were multiple reasons no towels provided on first day no water in washroom then heater not working no cleanliness packet of condom found on bed after request for change of bedsheet he changed wet blanket cover only wifi was working properly

The receptionist charged us extra 1500 and then started calling me on my personal number to vacate the room after extending my stay
